On 05/12/24, it rained very hard, and I was concerned about the new house since it is located next to a drainage system. Fortunately, Mark was doing another home inspection in the area and dropped by to take some pictures for me, mind you, I did not even ask him to do so. He just thought it was a good idea to do so since he was in the area. He sent pictures and confirmed that the basement was not affected. I appreciate this so much as it gives me a peace of mind. On 05/13/24 Mark, my realtor, and I went to the house for the home inspection. Mark is very thorough and meticulous with everything. He took his time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. He even spent around 5 minutes on the roof to ensure there is no problem with it. He also did the radon test for me. John answered every single question I asked him and took time to educate me about the home, why certain things were built the way they were, how to properly care for it and the lifespan of the products. He explicitly warns you how long you should expect to be available for the inspection, in my case it was 3 hours for a 1300 square foot condo, and he was not kidding. Arrived at 10am and we left around 2:30pm.
