I also like that you have different entrances and exits instead of just one. Allows for less congestion during rush hours. There is only one train downtown now - the E line. I hope that changes as things open up. Masks are still mandated but most people at this end do not wear one. You can pay for your parking at the machine marked with a 'P'. There are ticket machines which take credit or debit only or a variety. And validation machines for your tickets if you bought a round trip for your ride down. Or you can use their app for an electronic ticket. No restrooms here so prepare accordingly.

Uber has gotten worse and worse over time. Not only have their prices continued to go up for simple…read morerides but the drivers have become ruder, less speak even enough English to be able to appropriately help if there's an emergency (yeah kind of important) and some of the cars people drive should barely be able to be on the road. At the very least a driver needs to be able to communicate basic English (the overwhelmingly spoken language in the US) so if there's an emergency they are able to notify the proper authorities and/or assist. When you aren't able to communicate with someone, especially someone you are paying for a service and that service involves something dangerous, like driving, it not only takes away from the customer experience which has only gotten worse with uber but it does not make the rider feel safe. I've also had drivers cussing on the phone with their boyfriend/girlfriend/husband/wife and just honestly being terrible at customer service. How are these people vetted? I've been in cars where multiple warning lights are on, there's noise coming from under the hood (not good noise) and quite frankly I have no idea how they are even on the road. One car had their child lock on the back doors, not remotely safe. Drivers who have literally been blasting their music, wildly inappropriate lyrics and loud (but I guess we don't care about common decency anymore) then when asked to turn it down I was told this is my car you can do what you want in yours. It's just gotten to a point where I'd almost rather take Lyft or a Taxi over Uber. At least with a taxi if you aren't able to communicate with them they are at least professional drivers.

Same as many of the others layout wise. At this particular stop you have sixty or so parking spaces. Across the highway another hundred. Who doesn't love a good bridge over rail and highway traffic? Last stop so it'll take awhile to wait. Little to no shade so check train times before heading out. Sure in Winter the snow and wind will be miserable while waiting here. On the plus side they do have bike storage. Some nice art commissioned by RTD (the plow) and the stop was designed well for Uber, Lyft, Taxi, and busses. Wide lanes so even in winter months maneuverability is maintained. Park and ride across the street via the foot bridge. Guess they have a poor AM / PM system for that. (Via Brian's review) Know they are still working out some kinks. Better than nothing but we can't expect them to be Chicago or Bay Area Rapid Transit overnight.

Our group wanted to see the Christmas lights this year, but that would have required splitting the attendees into multiple cars with of course, multiple drivers. Then I found Elevate Rides. It was a pleasure doing business with Elevate Rides. Their website provides all the information you need. Blair was prompt and very helpful in answering a few group-specific questions. Everyone at Elevate Rides was professional and followed through on what they promised. Our driver Mike was great! He contacted me the morning of the event to confirm details, including the meeting place, and arrived there on time. He was very conscientious about wanting everyone to have a great time and was personable, engaging and even funny! We chose the south tour and it was great. We stopped at and got out at some of the many homes. Some of the displays were synced to music and all of them were incredible in their own way. The bus itself was immaculate and stocked with water, cups and paper towels. The heat was adjustable and we could stream our own music. One consideration ... if you are close to the passenger limit on a party bus, consider booking the next larger bus. The bus we were on was for 11-13 people. We had 9 and were comfortable but and I don't know how 2-4 more people would have fit. For the price of the next larger bus, it might be worth it. Overall, fun was had by all and I highly recommend Elevate Rides for all your party bus needs!

This was also by far the most cost-effective option for us, on par with publicly ticketed school buses, and significantly cheaper than other privately chartered buses. The bus itself was extremely nice, basically a limo. The sound system was great. The bus was stocked with ice and water, and we could bring our own coolers and bottles. Our driver Mitch was a saint, accomodating several requests and just being an all-around great guy. I'll definitely request him again if I ever need to transport 20 people.
