This time our experience and the vehicle itself couldn't have been more different. About 50 feet into our trip, I asked our driver to turn on the AC since it was 85º. He said it broke the previous day and he tried fixing it but couldn't. Maybe that's why he was wearing a tshirt and shorts? We had a 40-minute drive to the airport with the windows down, breathing highway exhaust, and arrived sweaty and uncomfortable before a 15-hour multi-leg international flight. I contacted the owner a few days later to cancel our return reservation and why. She apologized and said his AC broke that same day. Someone's lying but it doesn't matter who or why. What matters is how the situation was handled. Had they contacted me even an hour beforehand, I could've either said "no AC, no problem" or arranged alternative transportation. Instead, we were stuck. Canceling the ride at that point would've delayed our arrival or worse, cause us to miss an international flight. I expected a professional car service for the price I paid, not an uncomfortable ride with fewer amenities than a typical ride share service.

He came back and asked if my daughter was ready now; he said they would pick her up in 14 minutes! I looked at Life360 less than 15 minutes after hanging up with Nick, and my girl was on the move, driving to DEN! Because of Nick and my daughter's driver, Jeffrey, she made her flight and wasn't stranded alone overnight in Denver. This morning, we were able to celebrate my mom's final day of chemotherapy/radiation in person with her, which would have not been possible if I didn't get so lucky as to find Summit Express and Nick. Going forward, we will only use Summit Express!
