I also will be making a call to BBB to report their practices. I later received this message after booking and speaking to someone to cancel my reservation; literally another lie. "Thank you for contacting Black and Silver Rides. We are unfortunately booked at the time you are requesting transportation. Please call us if you have any questions 720-772-6970. Thank you kindly."
