It was ultra convenient to deplane, jump on the light rail at the airport and take the 37-minute ride ($10 one-way) to Union Station. Just a 10-minute walk later I'm at my hotel! Perfect! Honestly, I haven't been to any of business' inside the Station so I can't comment to that. I was just here to make my way to and from the airport. I've always appreciated the architecture of the building as well. I had to catch an early flight out of Denver, so I had to get there very early and managed to get some great picture of Union Station lit up! Very freaking cool! :) Probably one of the nicer train stations I've been to in all my travels! lol 5 stars.

My assumption for the light rail was I would tap my phone once I was inside the train, however, you need to tap at a kiosk outside the platform. I did not mean to ride for free, but I did. On the way back to the airport I paid the fare correctly. It made getting to and from the airport super easy.

If you're headed downtown for some fun, I recommend checking if RTD is available near you. From concerts and sporting events at Denver's top venues to bar hopping or skating downtown, RTD Union Station is a great and reliable way to get to and from your event. Did someone say free DD for the night? RTD has you covered. I found it to be safe and well taken care of, though I recommend the buddy system when possible. RTD Union Station is ALSO the perfect way to get to and from the Denver International Airport affordably. It makes solid time as well, considering how far Denver International Airport is from the city.

After navigating the labyrinth that is exiting the airport made it to the train. Trains were parked and waiting so hopped on. It was cool-ish in there. Pretty empty. Had places to put your luggage. Seats were large and comfortable ish. They had a cling on the windows that made it hard to see out and hard to tell if it was the cling or just dirt on the window. Got to union station, got off the train and promptly tripped on a curb, sending my luggage tumbling and my back pack flying. There was a tiny lip of a curb that extends from where there were steps. Scraped several layers off my knees that over month later is still not fully healed. Had several kind people stop and offer to help me up. It wasn't that I could not get up but that my knees stung so bad I couldn't stand just yet. Security came over to ask how I was and admitted what happened to me happens to others. Thought then maybe they should paint it, or put something around it or a warning but I guess not. Wandered around downtown and came back here to catch the train back to the airport. Also weird on the train they had people asking to see your ticket. I explained I had done the tap to pay and had my credit card out (assuming he had a hand held device that he could tap to verify I had paid) but they did not. They walked through at least 3x in the ride from the airport to downtown and asked each time. Don't plan on trying to ride the train again here.

They're always kind of grimy and yes, there's often people who are down on their luck or struggling with substance abuse, but that's par for the course. I was actually surprised at how well-lit, well stocked, and relatively clean the bus station was, especially since I was there well into the night. As for the bus service itself, I took a midnight bus to Salt Lake from Denver and the bus was about 30 minutes late, but that's the bus life. When I was living on the East Coast I got used to waiting up to 45 min for a bus so it could have been much worse.

I witnessed first hand how Tory treats their renters as a passenger on a recent Turo trip. The…read morebehavior by this company lacks any decency. 1) Attempted to charge excess distance by misreporting the mile actually driven 2) Attempted to charge an extra $150 cleaning fee when a simple car wash would've cleaned the vehicle as stated in the rental agreement 3) Attempted to charge for late return by a day plus when the vehicle was returned on time and they confirmed the return 4) Threatened to file police report and law suit for defamation. Not a lawyer but pretty sure with the above evidences they should be the ones getting reported and sued. As you can probably tell from Torys responses to any sort of negative review whether on Turo or Google is threatening to bring you to court instead of reflecting and resolving the issue (seems like a kid is running the show). If you would like to avoid being scammed / extorted / threatened I would highly recommend you please do not rent from this company whether on Turo or anywhere else.

We rented the Porsche Cayenne for a round trip to red rocks for a concert. Limo was early for our…read more6 pm departure and the driver was gracious enough to allow group pictures with the car. Limo was clean, but the only real dissapointment of the night was the "jet door" which I had bragged about to my family, was apparently broken. Besides this detail the limo really made our night a special one! Jeremy, our driver, dropped us off at the top lot on time and then decided to wait for us because it was so crowded. He didn't have to do this, as I was not paying by the hour, but we appreciated it. The limo met us at the arranged spot after the concert and got us home quickly and safely. Overall Denver Limo exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again. As far as the other posts, I don't understand why you complain about the tip. When I booked the limo they explained there s a separate limo fee and driver fee. This is not a tip, merely the driver's pay! Jeremy made it clear gratuity was separate, but explained it was completely up to me... IMHO you shouldn't be renting a limo if you can't afford to tip the chauffeur. I would recommend Denver Limo to anyone looking to really make a great night something spectacular!!
