If I could give this company negative stars I WOULD! The literally almost killed me and everyone on our bus. My entire trip home has been a NIGHTMARE Our driver from Last Vegas to Green River, UT? nearly fell asleep and caused us to go off the road driving on the warning rivets of the side of the road. The driver before him caused us to be an HOUR late and got is lost 5x. Drove us into a DEAD END where I HAD TO GET OFF BUS AND LITERALLY HELP GUIDE HIM BACKWARDS SO HE COULD TURN AROUND. Then he took another wrong turn and we ended up going through private mobile home property nearly hitting 2 vehicles. The he went from the far right lane and cut across the left lane AND intersection awhile on a RED LIGHT! YES, HE BLEW A RED LIGHT!! Then we nearly almost flipped the bus on several occasions cause the driver we had from Green River to Denver was speeding doing 10+ over the speed limit DOWN HILL THROUGH THE ROCKIES!! I've never been so thankful to be alive still. And it really doesn't help when we try to assist them...AND THEY TALK CRAP TO US OR ARE RUDE AND EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL ALL AROUND! IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.....YES, I DO WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED BECAUSE MY BUS FROM DENVER TO VEGAS WAS OVER 2 HRS LATE!! THEN Coming home again from Vegas, the driver refuses to let us stop and eat or stretch. He was more concerned about "getting to Green River" than our well being and safety. Same with our lady driver from Green River to Denver speeding excessively. Oh, and your Denver staff FUCKIN SUCK AND ARE THE RUDEST WORKERS NEXT TO KANSAS CITY in my honest opinion. I hope changes are made to better serve your customers. Oh, and thanks for not being plus size friendly

I'm only rating this place based on there storage ability. We flew into Denver on our way to Breckinridge. We arrived earlier than the rest of our party so we had about 5hrs to kill so we went to the downtown Denver area. Not wanting to drag our luggage all over town, we needed a place to store our luggage for several hours. The only place we found that would do this for us was the Greyhound. They have two options: small lockers that you can rent (and they are small), or leaving your luggage at the ticket counter. We opted for the latter because our luggage wouldn't fit into the small lockers. I think they charged $5 or $10 (I can't remember) to do so. Now we were free to explore downtown Denver! The problem we ran into was that they didn't tell us they closed from 1:45 to 4:30!!! We got there at 2:30 only to realize that we couldn't get our luggage for another 2hours!!! So, we had to rearrange our plans, we was not cool.

We picked up my husband's cousin here... and in the 10min it took for him to figure out how to get out of the place he got offered drugs twice. Little sketch at night I would say. In the day time it looks at least not as scary but I sure won't be putting myself on one of their buses.

For about $70 per person, you'll meet up at Black Shirt Brewing in RiNo, Denver, a few hours before your show. After check-in, you can imbibe some food and beverages if you'd like while waiting for the bus. You can also bring food and beverages on the bus (including alcohol), which is pretty cool. Then you'll board the bus and, depending on who you end up riding with, you might party for the 45-minute ride, or maybe you'll chill. Our ride landed somewhere in the middle. The company and driver are very concerned about the vibes. They have a full code of conduct and encourage everyone to wear nametags, socialize, and mention how they want the "vibes" to be good the entire time. While I am all for vibes, for $70 a pop, I should be able to vibe however I want. The departure takes a bit longer. The bus will wait for you down at the lowest lot at Red Rocks. It's quite a walk. Once boarded, you'll probably be in for a longer ride to get out of the parking lot and get back to Denver. They do offer drop-off at three partner hotels, which worked great for us as we stayed in one. Plus, we were able to get a hotel discount through an affiliate link. Overall, a great experience and a fantastic way to get to Red Rocks. I just felt like the pricing was a bit high and the focus on the "vibes" was a bit intense for the price I paid.

The bus only came 1 time to the hotel before the wedding to grab guests, which was not the designated time. Most guests missed the shuttle entirely and had to pay for ubers and hitch rides with each other. The pickup time for the wedding party was completely disregarded, all had to drive. Many guests were not on time for the wedding ceremony because of this and my husband was panicked trying to get in touch with the shuttle service right before the ceremony. This was not a fun surprise on our wedding day (as we're meant to start the ceremony) that the shuttle service is the one messing things up & not getting our guests to the venue as PREplanned and PREdiscussed. Many of the guests had to drive themselves and guests were panicked trying to hitch rides with wedding guests they didn't know just to get there in time. At the end of the night, the shuttle came at the wrong time again. Many of the guests left early for fear the shuttle just wouldn't come back & they'd be left... again. Those that did catch the second shuttle had to wait outside of the wedding venue for 30 minutes in the cold. Pretty sure only about 20 people out of 150 planned guests got to use the shuttle. This was not a cheap purchase and we are extremely disappointed in the service we received/lack of any service here. Hoping the business will refund us some of the money for the lack of service we got.

We took it a few times and since the Union Station "terminal stop" was just 2 blocks from our hotel, this was a no brainer....that terminal stop was close to 17th St and Chestnut. Depending on the day of the week and the time of day, the buses can come as quickly as 5-6 minutes or 10-15 minutes apart. Due to construction nowadays on 16th St, the shuttle going towards Civic Center travels mainly on 17th St and the one going back to Union Station travels mostly on 15th St. All the shuttles are electric and they look like a regular bus, which stops at all stops along the route, so no need to ring a bell asking for a stop.

Devon is such a wonderful tour guide; incredibly accommodating and professional. He was really informative about the area. Stopped to let me get a close look at elk and even a moose. We had a lovely lunch at a cafe at the top of the mountains. I loved the weather, it was 80 when we left, then it rained, then it hailed, then it snowed! On the way back, Devon casually tosses out, "Do you like pie?" WHO doesn't like pie?! He stopped at a little place he knows where a woman in her 80's makes homemade pie (Colorado Cherry Company), but unfortunately, it was closed (so whe had to stop for ice cream further down the road). Devon and I talked throughout the entire tour (which was about 7 hours) about books and our love for animals and nature and our lives; as we drove through some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere.
