I don't know if it's poor design or if it's just under construction, but I found myself in a few dead ends that had poor (or no) signage and I was confused at my whereabouts. However, that exploration got me to the end of one of the gates where I found an outdoor patio with a fire pit. Yes, it was behind security and you can go OUTSIDE. My first thought was that people would be out there smoking, but I saw "no smoking signs" everywhere. Phew. I could sit outside and get some fresh air and watch the planes line up for takeoff. Much better than getting lost in the terminal.

Having to take the shuttle train thing just to get to baggage claim is stupid. I also don't understand the whole west and east wing separation. Feels like a lot of unnecessary walking and confusion. Submitting a complaint on their website did no good. There are small planes coming over the neighborhoods every few minutes and the airport does not care about people who live nearby or the lead pollution they are spreading. I hope that the FAA comes down hard on them because they are the only agency Centennial will to listen to. The EPA needs to investigate as well.

It is so warm and welcoming and then with the mountain backdrop, it really makes you feel right at home. If I am going to visit both Denver and Pueblo, I have to fly to/from DIA, which is definitely more involved! They have numerous car rental options, so getting a car is quite easy. The employees are friendly, too. The only negative for me is how confusing it is to get to and get from the interstate. Thank goodness for GPS maps and Siri!

And today you call the Loveland airport and they don't answer.
