I never write reviews but this company needs to be put on blast...the bad reviews are seriously on point & I wish I read them before I booked with them. They are very rude & have bad communication. I first specifically requested from the "front office" a limo with a stereo that you could plug an Ipod into. Music was going to be a big part of out night. Also, we took advantage of Denver Limo's "buy 5 hours, get the 6th hour free" deal. That would give us 6 hours for a total of $500. The "front office" added the 20% driver tip, which brought us up to $600, for the entire night, everything included. Well, the limo showed up on time and I went out to meet the driver. He clarified what we were going to do that night and then handed me the credit card imprint bill with gratuity left blank. I told him that Denver Limo had already charged us for the 20% gratuity and that we had the 6 hours for the price of 5 deal. He had no clue what I was talking about. He said I could take it up with Denver Limo if I wanted to. So, we were already hustled by the limo company before we even started the night. The driver told me we could hook our Ipod into the limo's stereo if we had the 1/8" mini jack (headphone jack) and we were on our way. Before we got out of the neighborhood we noticed the stereo did not have Ipod capabilities! Seriously!? It's almost 2011 and no Ipod connector!? We spent about an hour driving around to Radio Shack, Micro Center, trying to find a way to make it work. What a waste of time for their screw up. The rest of the night was okay. The driver was alright and he was always where we needed him when we needed him. The limo itself was average. It felt it's age. The "liquor" they provide is watered down and totally bottom shelf. No surprise there. Would I use them again, not a chance. We've had better experiences with other companies. The way they swindle you for at least $100 is too shady for me to ever trust them. Then, to send a limo that did not have the Ipod hookup that was really the main request, inexcusable! The way I see it, we got about $300 worth out of them but spent $750. Denver Limo is both dishonest and rude to their customers. The service itself was average -- the vehicle was fine (not particularly nice) and the driver was pleasant enough (although he didn't know where anything was). The people in the office however are another story altogether. I was provided one quote and then was ultimately billed a different amount. When I politely emailed Denver Limo for help with this discrepancy, they were rude and unwilling to help me out. When I followed up suggesting I would contact my credit card company, I was met with the following response: 'Go ahead and try I already have your imprint' -- this is verbatim from the email I received from Chuck. I recently had a very disappointing experience with Denver Limo. Our pickup was scheduled for 1pm. At exactly 1pm, we received a call saying that they were having car trouble and the limo would be half an hour late. At 1:30, there was no limo in sight. We called Denver Limo and were told that it would be another 15 minutes. When they finally arrived, the driver offered us two bottles of champagne as an apology for the wait. Of course, car trouble happens, but it would have been nice if they let us know once they realized they would be late. That way we could have done something else for 45 minutes instead of waiting around for them. Denver Limo's advertising makes it sound like they have a more fully-stocked bar than they actually do. There were just a few cans of soda as mixers, and nothing really that goes with vodka. I would recommend bringing mixers yourself. We had to stop and buy some. On the way home, one of the people in our party got sick. Luckily it was after we bought our own mixers, so most of the mess went safely into a shopping bag. What didn't go into the bag, we cleaned up with soap and paper towels. We left the car looking clean, but of course you can't do much about the smell without professional cleaning supplies. Given that the limo was over 40 minutes late and that we cleaned up what little mess there was so thoroughly, I did not expect to hear anything more from Denver Limo. And I didn't. Unless you count seeing a $500 charge on your credit card as hearing from them. That's right, they charge $500 for vomit. It's in the contract, and they enforce that part of the contract with gusto. Our polite inquiries to the owner about a possible fee reduction due to the long wait led only to aggressive and insulting replies. I recommend that you avoid Denver Limo because it penalizes its customers to the extreme for any mistakes the customers make while offering only token compensation (two bottles of unwanted champagne) for their own mistakes -- even big ones, like causing a party of ten to wait over 40 minutes with no notice. read more

Our experience with Denver Limo was anything but positive. The evening began with the limo being an hour late so we missed the first third of a concert. The limo driver called us numerous times, not able to find our house. The limo was not as planned, air conditioning didn't work, no ice in the back and no champagne as promised. The limo looked as it had not been replenished from the previous clients. We were told by the first driver that the limo taking us home would pick us up in the drop off location, but it would be a different limo and different driver. We waited and called the limo company numerous times, as the driver did not know the area and could not find us. An hour later, after walking several blocks, the limo came with the assistance of a police officer that tried to give the driver directions. For a Denver area limo, it was surprising they did not know the Denver area around Fiddler's Green. Nor did they know the best way to the venue and back. We were very disappointed and will not use Denver Limo again. Beware if you are using this limo service for an important occasion such as a wedding. read more

We rented the Porsche Cayenne for a round trip to red rocks for a concert. Limo was early for our 6 pm departure and the driver was gracious enough to allow group pictures with the car. Limo was clean, but the only real dissapointment of the night was the "jet door" which I had bragged about to my family, was apparently broken. Besides this detail the limo really made our night a special one! Jeremy, our driver, dropped us off at the top lot on time and then decided to wait for us because it was so crowded. He didn't have to do this, as I was not paying by the hour, but we appreciated it. The limo met us at the arranged spot after the concert and got us home quickly and safely. Overall Denver Limo exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again. As far as the other posts, I don't understand why you complain about the tip. When I booked the limo they explained there s a separate limo fee and driver fee. This is not a tip, merely the driver's pay! Jeremy made it clear gratuity was separate, but explained it was completely up to me... IMHO you shouldn't be renting a limo if you can't afford to tip the chauffeur. I would recommend Denver Limo to anyone looking to really make a great night something spectacular!! read more
