I sampled the -196 Beam Vodka Seltzer by Suntory. It's a wonderful tasting product w fresh fruit not artificial. originated in Japan and is here now. Only 2 grams of sugar and has 6% alcohol volume. You need to try it if you haven't yet. Wonderful product to take the beach or pool area. Their selection of beer is very impressive. They have the regulars, along with a lot of micros. Plenty of variety for any of your likes. The store itself is rather large with a good selection of beer, wine and spirits. Prices are competitive. They have Frank who does tastings in the store who can help you find something or answer questions. Plenty of parking available.

Would like to see more natural wines in the selection but that's just my preference and not one of the masses more one of Cheshire. I'll be back.

Not knowing who to call, I googled some places & luckily landed on Premier Wine & Spirits. After 2 minutes on the phone with Donna, I knew I made a great choice! Also, not only did she personally write a card for me (that I dictated), and cello wrap them up beautifully, but she hand delivered them. My cousin LOVED it! This was true customer service at its finest. I am so grateful that I found this place & that Donna was so helpful & accommodating. Thank you, Donna!!! :)

The prices are competitive too, even with the increase of business due to COVID (no noticeable price increases). The staff is always very helpful. One time I had a housewarming party and bought a bunch of different beers they even gave me a deal for how many I was buying. Much appreciated. I never need to try to find something because the store is setup very clear and logical. Seasonal displays that I've boughten from have always been well stocked and never empty. After getting into the store, I walked over to the beer section. Nice neon pink sign above the Guinness, 8 pack of cans for $15.99. I got to the register and the guy scans it and says $18... Now I'm not a math wizard BUT I know that the amount didn't sound right. I looked up and noticed the $15.99 that it was supposed to be rang up at $16.17. I said ummm the sign says $15.99. The cashier responds yea but there's sales tax and bottle deposit. I said I get that BUT the subtotal should say $15.99. He then goes on to this long drawn out story that they do that at the register so the people paying cash don't need to bring 81 cents with them and they don't have to make change for someone that pays them $18 in cash. I paid, and was not even offered a receipt. Had I remembered Connecticut Consumer Commodities Law (CGS Sec. 21a-79) at the time, I'd have asked to speak to the owner. That specific statue is known as the "Get it for free" section: Get it for Free: If an electronic checkout scanner rings up a consumer commodity at a higher price than the posted shelf price, you are entitled to one instance of that item completely free of charge, up to a value of $20. I was argued with, told it was easier for them to not have to make change and the only "fix" was the cashier saying "oh yea I really need to change that sign". While it doesn't seem like a bid deal (and I was on a break from my job so I wasn't going to stand there to argue over ~20 cents), it actually is. This business is in direct violation of CT laws. I've already reported it to CT Liquor control agency since this amounts to fraud.
