I never needed any repair until the leather strip that covers the back of the heel started peeling off and also the soles of the heel are starting to wear off. Mr. Ace glued the strips right there in front of me, and like magic, my boots looks new again! While the soles are irreplaceable (I guess I have to go to Vienna again to purchase new ones, if I'm lucky they haven't closed), I may still have 2-3 years of wear with these boots! I was tearing up while walking back to my car because Mr. Ace didn't charge me anything. He said it was an easy fix. All I can say is that he was one of the few kind people I've met in my life. I will definitely bring my most precious shoes here, especially, the ones just waiting to be loved again!

They have really nice, high quality italian-made men's leather dress shoes. They are expensive but you can find good sales on them occasionally still, and they will last you. He's very happy with his. There's always plenty on the sales rack, so especially if you don't shop often like me, you can probably find something cute and in your size in their sale section. They don't do the best job at keeping this sales section looking clean, organized up to brand standards (I know because I worked a couple years at a BR back in the day). I've found the customer service at this location hit or miss, sometimes seeming very cold even when we're asking for help/looking for someone who can assist us, and other times they are friendly and fine, so I think it depends who's working.

They are very selective about the items that they agree to consign, so shoppers have a ton of high-quality, in-style options to choose from. It's honestly dangerous to go in there because there is always something cute that I MUST have; however, if you have a clothing problem like I do, when you're not buying new, you can at least shop with a clean conscience! On the other end, the consignment process is simple, clear, and quick, and you are reasonably compensated when your items sell, especially if you opt for store credit payout. The dressing rooms are honestly my favorite part. When you walk in, you're greeted by hundreds of sticky notes with positive affirmations posted by other shoppers. It's like the positivity and immediate camaraderie you find in the womens' restroom at a club (but without all of the bottom-shelf liquor). Shop small, and shop secondhand!

With all of the actual science that's out, the fact that you have to use poisonous, toxic "sanitizer" that's only 62% (which is not even optimal for killing germs, 70-71% is) is not even effective. WHY are you forcing people to use it? It's NOT scientific, it's NOT effective and NOT necessary. Stop harassing potential customers. It's such poor taste.
