Update: Top Roofing Solutions indicated that our problem was so severe that we would need to redo the entire roof and would be better off with another company. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they ruled in my favor (feel free to look it up.) Also, I obviously still had the leaky roof so I tried a couple of other roofing companies in Irving and they both gave the same diagnosis. We paid one of the companies less than half of what Top Roofing originally charged us and, after a few intense Texas thunder storms, I can confidently say that the other company was able to solve the problem--no more leaks! Unfortunately, Top Roofing has been an exemplary case of incompetence and dishonesty.

Not only did Restoration Roofing replace our roof they upgraded it and when our insurance and mortgage company decided to fight each other leaving me and my wife in the middle of it to cover costs, their manager Chris Wander walked us through the steps and was super patient to get paid on work he and his team had already done.
