I am sending him a demand letter (see pictures) today and am prepared to follow up with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and file suit. Other work was ok, but not problem free. I see that the owner responded to my review. My friend did indeed work on my brakes. He replaced the rotors and the brake pads. He didn't touch the hydraulics. Sunrise Auto did the work on the hydraulic lines for the left front wheel brakes. The failure of my brake system occurred because the brake line work was not properly done. Sunrise Auto placed the flexible brake line where it would rub on the inside wheel well, ultimately causing a break in the line and a failure of hydraulic pressure. As I said, this botched repair job put my son at risk of serious bodily injury or death from traveling in a vehicle with no brakes. Here's my personal message to you, Peter. You evidently ignored my demand letter because I didn't receive payment. The next step is the Bureau of Automotive Repair. And after that I will pursue other legal remedies. I hope the readers of my review and your response will take heed and will take their business to another mechanic who performs reputable work.

I originally reached out to Sam through here for a quote, and he responded quickly with a great price. He also texted me several different rims to choose from, which made the process really easy. Once I picked the setup I wanted, he was able to squeeze me in the very next day. Sam told me the installation would take about three hours, and he was right on schedule. The truck came out looking exactly how I wanted, and I couldn't be happier with the results. What really stood out to me is that Sam understands how much his customers care about their vehicles. He takes that seriously and makes sure the work is done right. Great communication, fair pricing, fast service, and quality work. Highly recommend Sam and his crew!

These photos show 2 of the tires I received. They were severely worn. I live about an hour away, so I called about getting these 2 tires replaced, but instead I feel like I've been given the runaround and keep hearing "AS-IS." At this point, between what I paid and what I'm having to spend to correct the situation, I could have bought 4 NEW rims and tires. In my opinion, I feel SCAMMED. The owner was rude and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. BUYERS BEWARE -- I would NEVER do business here again.

My vehicle had been…read morehaving intermittent starting issues for about 4 months, and last week, my car up & died while I was driving, thankfully after 20 or so minutes it started & I was able to drive home. I took it to a mechanic (No Name) here in CH and they billed me $210.00 and couldn't locate the issue, so I brought it home. Well, this past Saturday my car wouldn't start, so I was told by a very good friend that I take it to TN3 Automotive, which I did (Had my car towed) on Tuesday. I'd previously contacted the owner, Tom, informing him my car was being towed to his shop, and so he took basic information regarding what types of issues I'd been experiencing, which I provided. I met Tom the following day, and he was genial, kind, listened intently, and just a solid individual through & through. He exudes honesty & integrity, and assured me he'd locate the issue, and he did just that. The thoroughness of his Teams assessment of my vehicle, every part captured by clear photos that included a specific narrative of my car parts issue, and whether it was deemed an emergency fix, or just watch & keep an eye on it was noted, & reassuring. Not once did he advise that I needed this or that done to my vehicle, but clearly enunciated in line of priority things I should take care of. Ended up being a PGMFI Main Start Relay why my car wouldn't start. Out the door for $340.00. Car is running excellent!! I have very high expectations of service providers, and he exemplifies the highest of integrity & standards!! Tom is your guy, I challenge you to use he & his team's expertise, you will not be disappointed.

Spent a lot of money with these other places on diagnostics and replacing parts that never solved the problem. Told me I needed a part that wasn't available anymore. Tom is honest and persistent in finding solutions and goes out of his way to fix things he sees that you don't even ask for. He also gives you photos of your vehicle parts and recommendations on what things you need to give attention to. Who does this any more in our world - Tom does. I won't go anywhere else. Love Him!!!

They did good work getting me stopping again, and their assessment of the other deferred repairs the truck needs was thorough and informative. But two major issues bring this down. The Communication Problem Chris from the service desk kept saying he'd call or email me with updates -- and then... nothing. Left me hanging more than once. I shouldn't have to chase down answers about my own vehicle. That's basic customer service. The Pricing This is where I have real concerns. I had my regular mechanic look at the same itemized report. AAA Citrus Heights Auto Repair Center charged 66% more than my trusted guy for the same work. Here's the thing -- my truck wasn't drivable. The brakes failing made it unsafe. When a customer is in that position, they don't have much leverage to shop around. That puts us in a vulnerable spot, and the pricing feels predatory as a result. The One Bright Spot They did honor my Veterans discount -- 10% off a roughly $1,500 bill. I appreciate that, and the staff who applied it were professional. Bottom Line The actual repair work was good. The assessment was thorough. But the communication failures and what feels like opportunistic pricing mean I won't be going back -- and I can't in good conscience recommend them without caveats.

Unfortunately, it can be easy to feel like you might be taken advantage of when you don't know much about cars. I actually found them by chance when my tires were low and I thought I needed a tire patch. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were honest and told me my tires were fine. I already knew they were getting old and needed to be replaced, so that honesty really stood out to me. My van has almost 300,000 miles (290K!), so it definitely needed some attention. I had Expert Tires & Brakes replace the suspension, replace two tires, perform an alignment and oil change, and replace my axles. All for a very reasonable price. After everything was done, my van feels like it just got a second life! Long story short, I highly recommend Expert Tires & Brakes.
