I drove all the way out to their dealership and after the work I ended up paying $550 all cash except for the last 50 that they added on last minute. They refused to give me a receipt for the work done and that include included the warranty on my brand new battery. I'm not sure what is happening, if they are skimming money from the owner, but I don't like working with shady companies that refused to give you a receipt for the money you paid them.

Bilal and his team at Expert Tires & Brakes were absolutely awesome! As a woman who doesn't know…read moremuch about vehicles, finding an honest mechanic is extremely important to me. Unfortunately, it can be easy to feel like you might be taken advantage of when you don't know much about cars. From the moment I walked in, I felt comfortable, respected, and confident that I was dealing with a professional and honest team. I actually found them by chance when my tires were low and I thought I needed a tire patch. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, they were honest and told me my tires were fine. I already knew they were getting old and needed to be replaced, so that honesty really stood out to me. My van has almost 300,000 miles (290K!), so it definitely needed some attention. I had Expert Tires & Brakes replace the suspension, replace two tires, perform an alignment and oil change, and replace my axles. All for a very reasonable price. After everything was done, my van feels like it just got a second life! Long story short, I highly recommend Expert Tires & Brakes. Bilal is awesome, and his entire team was professional, honest, and great to work with. I've finally found my new mechanic!

Botched brake repair jeopardized the life of me and my son. When confronted about the negligent…read morework, the owner, Peter became defensive and belligerent. I am sending him a demand letter (see pictures) today and am prepared to follow up with a complaint to the Bureau of Automotive Repair and file suit. Other work was ok, but not problem free. I see that the owner responded to my review. My friend did indeed work on my brakes. He replaced the rotors and the brake pads. He didn't touch the hydraulics. Sunrise Auto did the work on the hydraulic lines for the left front wheel brakes. The failure of my brake system occurred because the brake line work was not properly done. Sunrise Auto placed the flexible brake line where it would rub on the inside wheel well, ultimately causing a break in the line and a failure of hydraulic pressure. As I said, this botched repair job put my son at risk of serious bodily injury or death from traveling in a vehicle with no brakes. Here's my personal message to you, Peter. You evidently ignored my demand letter because I didn't receive payment. The next step is the Bureau of Automotive Repair. And after that I will pursue other legal remedies. I hope the readers of my review and your response will take heed and will take their business to another mechanic who performs reputable work.

These photos show 2 of the tires I received. They were severely worn. At this point, between what I paid and what I'm having to spend to correct the situation, I could have bought 4 NEW rims and tires. In my opinion, I feel SCAMMED. The owner was rude and dismissive when I tried to resolve the issue. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself. BUYERS BEWARE -- I would NEVER do business here again.

First off: I bought those Lifetime Alignment for both my trucks. I recently got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension so I made an appointment @8am. I show up early 7:45 pm and checked in gave them keys everything, my truck doesn't get driven until 8:30. 45mins of waiting... why even make appointments. 2. When I request appointment, I specifically only said truck alignment. When I arrived they tried to sell me a "multi point inspection" for $10 which I denied and said I already changed my brake pads and rotate my tires and not need it. After my alignment, the guy still shows me a list of things I need (spark plugs, air filter, fuel system cleaning) which I happen to replace myself not too long ago.... I'm like why? I told you I didn't need you to inspect other things just give me what I came in for. They are just "fishing" for service. 3. When I arrived I told them I got new tires and worked on my truck's suspension, steering wheel when dead center, truck drives to right. After I left still same thing, problem was not addressed. They spend 8:30am-9am not fixing what I came in for.. but checking to see if they can sell me other things. 0 stars if I can.
