STAY AWAY!!! I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience with this place. I could't believe all the…read moregood reviews they have, but then I learned they have a new owner now. So that explains it. I got a gift card for $400 dollars to use here. I booked my time slot and selected the bronze package. It was a little more than what my gift card would cover, but that was okay with me. Then I got an email from the business stating that in the month of Oct., I could get a free upgrade from bronze to silver. My appointment was for early Oct., so I thought, "great!" I called the office to confirm my appointment and to confirm I could get the free upgrade. They told me everything was all good. I show up for my appointment, and I immediately get a bad feeling about these guys. First, the owner tries to add on an extra $50 to get a small scuff off the car. Something that would actually be difficult NOT to remove if they were waxing the car. Needless to say, I declined. Then I mentioned I would be paying with a gift card, and the owner said, "oh then you can't get the upgrade." I said, no, it's not a coupon, it's a gift card. It's money we've already paid. But he wasn't hearing it. He claimed there was a disclaimer somewhere that said you couldn't use a gift card for the upgrade. I opened up the email, and there was absolutely no mention of that. I went to their website and again, not a single mention of not being able to use a gift card. I asked him to send me a link to this disclaimer. They could not, because it didn't exist. The only thing they had was a piece of paper on a desk inside their office. So basically a bait and switch scam for anyone with a gift card. I was upset, and told them to only do what would be covered by my gift card, so I settled on an interior only detail. I left the car and about 20 minutes later, they texted me saying they found "mold" in the car and it would be an additional $350 on top of the detail. I told them to forget it, and to just do the outside. I at least wanted to get something for the $400 we already spent with them. Well even with that, they did a terrible job. Would have been better to go to Brown Bear. So for $400, I got a crappy car wash. I checked out the spot they claimed to be mold and turns out it was leftover carpet cleaner. I had a mobile detailer come to my house and do an interior detail the right way for less than half the price. They found no mold of course, because that was a total lie. I could not be more unhappy with this business. The way they talked to me and treated me was completely unprofessional. Save yourself some time and money, and hire a mobile detailer to come to you. Not these clowns.

I am on their text outreach and low and behold I got a text on Friday offering deals for the weekend. It had been a little over a year since my last time having them out so thought, hey, a sign is a sign. I decided also to see if they could accommodate both my car AND my husbands as a fun surprise (interior only) and they were able to get us both in for Saturday. Jerry did a WONDERFUL job! He was on time, polite, and as mentioned before, my car looks pristine. I couldn't be happier. Also, Marke was SUPER polite when I called to book and to see if they could accommodate both cars. I look forward to using them again!

The convenience of coming here does not matter when you're paying $500 after tax and tip and I had to continuously point out things and ask such as can you please wipe the inside of my windows? They still have smudges from my dogs nose... Can you please take this piece of tape off of my door? Can you please vacuum the crumbs out of my center console??? I have no idea what he did all day but I went out to my car, open the center consul wiped a ton of crap out showed him and said this is not a $400 detail and he said "I agree". So, I gave him a little more time to try to work on the car then decide to go in and try to call and find out a solution but no one has returned my call I just received a generic text. I checked my email and the detail was supposed to be from 9 AM to 5 PM for eight hours he was supposed to detail my truck this was not a window this was how long it said it would take. So I told him at 3 PM (he said he was done at 2:30) That I have to start getting ready for an event and cannot keep checking but hopefully he would stay and make it right. He got very upset, threw his tools down, and told me to "go tell his boss and write my review". Update- manager contacted me. Apologized. Offered partial refund (did not receive) and to send a second detailer out. A second detailer was sent out to try and fix this but the bottom line is, I will never use this company again and will adamantly advocate AGAINST them. Second guy was nice and all but why can't anyone seem to do their job? They don't have the proper tools and detergents? (My SUV is a 2020. That's as old and any dirt or dust can be so it's not even a big job to begin with) I'm not sure what the deal is but coming from a dealership where we sent cars out I know of many shops that do an amazing job. It's hard to understand why it can't be done mobile but trust me just drop your car off at the dealership it's probably $20 less and oh well you're without your car for a day but it will be sparkling clean!

Their car washing service includes wheels/tires, wheel wells, door jambs and application of a spray ceramic coating. This most recent service including covering my car with a popup tent to protect from hot sunshine. Doesn't get any better than that. I dropped my vehicle off around 8:10 a.m. for ceramic coating maintenance and discovered a new dent on the driver-side door immediately upon pickup around 12:30 p.m., before I had even entered the vehicle. I reported it immediately. I had inspected the vehicle that morning and am confident the damage was not present beforehand. While the surveillance footage was too grainy to prove exactly when the dent occurred, it showed multiple employees working near the damaged area. What concerned me most was learning that the shop normally photographs vehicles but chose not to photograph mine, supposedly because it was a "custom job," despite this being their standard annual ceramic maintenance service. The owner denied responsibility, suggested the dent could have been caused by a rock--which a professional dent repair shop subsequently told me was not consistent with the damage--and declined my requests for documentation and footage of the work being done. I understand accidents happen. What was disappointing was how the situation was handled once the damage was discovered. I will happily update this review if they choose to take responsibility for the damage they caused.

They told me it was flat when they started. It was driven the previous day and was in a closed garage. It was inflated the morning I took it out for them to wash. So, not only did they manage to tear the valve stem and render the car inoperable (it cannot hold ANY air, and patch kits don't seal valve stems) they lied about the cause. The quality of the cleaning doesn't matter if you manage to render a car inoperable while merely CLEANING IT. UPDATE : Vlad contacted me to offer to replace my tire in exchange for taking the review down. I refused and explained that the 1 star review isn't because of the mistake or damage, (replacing a valve stem is like $30 for a tire shop, or less) but rather because it clearly happened while they were working on it and they chose to deflect and mislead me about how it occurred. What followed was an absolutely insane text exchange that I am embarrassed to have entertained for far too long. I had to block his number eventually because he wouldn't quit trying to convince me he wanted to "make it right." News flash : Your chance to "make it right" was when it first happened and you decided it wasn't your problem. Vlad will "do the right thing" only when he has to personally face consequences.

Avoid APC Auto Spa at All Costs…read more We hired APC Auto Spa (Monroe location) for ceramic coating, paint protection film, and window tinting, and the experience was an absolute disaster. The work was so poorly done that we had to pay another shop over $4,600 to completely remove and redo everything just to fix the damage. The other shop had their entire team inspect the truck and unanimously agreed it was the worst work they had ever seen. Everyone who saw it in person said the same. Since having the work redone by true professionals, we've had zero issues. You can get one inch away and it's flawless. APC claims they offered a refund or to reinstall the film--but what they actually offered was to remove and redo it themselves. After multiple failed attempts and having to bring the truck back again and again, we had no confidence they could fix it and didn't trust them not to make it worse. They also claim the court "ruled in their favor." In reality, the case was dismissed because of a buried arbitration clause in their terms and conditions--not because the work was acceptable. APC kept our money, and we had to pay again to have the job done correctly elsewhere. Heather, the owner, was dishonest, rude, and completely unaccountable. She lied in court, twisted the truth at every opportunity, and made a terrible situation worse at every turn. Rather than owning the mistakes, she deflected blame, denied what was obvious, and hid behind fine print to avoid responsibility. The photos we posted weren't taken "during removal" as they now claim--we have identical photos taken in our driveway right after APC said the job was complete. They also try to justify their quality with a clause that states the work only needs to "look good from six feet away." That is actually written in their terms. If that's the standard they stand behind, it speaks for itself. This was the worst customer experience we've ever had. APC Auto Spa delivered unacceptable results, refused to make it right, and kept our money. Avoid this business at all costs.

I had Competition Orange Wilwoods on the front of my Ram and asked them to paint-match the factory rear calipers. Not "paint them orange." Actually make them look like they belonged with the fronts. They nailed it. We tested them again with a tint job on another vehicle. Flawless. Then tint on my truck. Also flawless. And now a full ceramic coating on the Ram. The ceramic is crazy. I picked the truck up in the rain, which is an unfortunate way to see it for the first time, but also a pretty great demonstration. Water basically refuses to stay on any surface. Paint, glass, trim, wheels. The whole truck looks ridiculous. They also gave me a loaner while they had it. From a small specialty shop. I did not expect that. So that's four jobs now. Zero defects. Flawless customer service. Reasonable pricing. No surprises. They do exactly what they say they're going to do, and every result has been right the first time. I mean, what else can you ask for? Katie and Mike took on a long list for my Corvette Z06: full paint protection film, the center stripe, side radiator guards, window tint, and ceramic coating on both the paint and the wheels. Every piece of it came back better than I expected. The film work is clean, the stripe is laid out perfectly, and the finish on the car is exactly what I was after. They are also Avants partners, so I saved a bit on the work. That was a nice bonus, but it is not why I am writing this. I would have been just as happy at full price. What stands out is the service level. Clear communication, no surprises, and a team that obviously cares about the cars that come through the shop. If you are looking for PPF, tint, stripes, or ceramic coating, go see Katie and Mike. Top notch work from top notch people.
