Then I decided to drive a little farther and try GAD. I noticed that GAD had an almost unbelievable 5.0-star rating, and now I completely understand why. Arthur, the owner, personally came out to speak with me. From the very beginning, he was kind, patient, straightforward, and genuinely honest. It has been a long time since I have met a business owner who made such a sincere impression on me. He checked the parts and pricing on his computer right in front of me and gave me an estimate that was far more reasonable than I expected. Even better, the car was repaired perfectly in just one day. But what impressed me most was what happened beyond the repair itself. Arthur and his team didn't simply fix the damaged mirror. Without my even asking, they checked other small details around the car, cleaned everything beautifully, and returned my Mercedes looking almost like a new car again. That kind of care and pride in one's work is very rare these days. Going to GAD turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.
