He was faced with a very sudden, debilitating illness that left him unable to properly refer patients. I know he intends to come back as soon as he's physically able and I hope all his patients are willing to offer him the same patience and compassion for his illness that he always showed with ours. As for the billing issue, I wrote to the manager I'm fine with partial refund for the doctor's time. I've followed up with the manager and no email followup at all for at least a couple months now... Please avoid, especially if you are responsible for caring for others. The people working here do not care about patients.
