Reggie and his team did an incredible job on our property. The property they worked on was…read moreextremely overgrown from neglect due to the previous homeowners. In a total of 3 days, Reggie and his crew came and did, among so many other things, the following: -ivy removal -bamboo removal from root -select tree removal safety permitting -weed removal -bush and tree trimming and shaping When they finished the job, we were left amazed. Reggie and his team have gained my complete trust and confidence. Reggie is clearly experienced and has excellent judgment in terms of what needs to get done to achieve the look you're going for while addressing your concerns. For us, we were extremely focused on protecting our old growth trees so everything was done my hand to protect the root systems. We also wanted to maximize privacy and prep an area for more fencing--Reggie achieved both. He is extremely knowledgeable and gives advice any ISA arborist would as well. Again, his professional judgment is spot on. He will be doing many more projects with us and we look forward to working with him and his team.

They responded quickly, Ron came out promptly to provide an estimate, and took the time to walk us through the entire process, the expected timeline, and exactly what to expect. Everything was followed up with a detailed written estimate, which gave us a lot of confidence. We received several quotes, and AJB was hands down the best. More importantly, they made us feel comfortable that they would do exactly what they promised and they absolutely delivered. Our fence was completed in just two days, and the quality of the work is outstanding. When they finished, they hauled everything away and left our yard spotless. There weren't any nails, scraps, or debris left behind. The crew was friendly, professional, and respectful of both our property and our neighbors. They were thoughtful about not blocking driveways and kept the job site organized throughout the project. The finished fence looks fantastic, and we've already received compliments from neighbors. It's hard to find contractors who communicate well, do quality work, and leave your property cleaner than they found it, but AJB checked every box. I can't recommend them enough.

After dealing with a roof leak for months and having several contractors fail to fix it, we finally…read morefound LBNR Roofing, and I am very glad we did. I waited almost two months after the repair to write this review because I wanted to be sure it held up. It has. We have had several rainstorms since the repair, and the ceiling is still dry. It was Saturday morning when I called, a real person answered the phone, and within an hour Luis showed up. He inspected the roof (in the rain) and attic, found that the leak was coming from an attic vent, and explained that the shingles had not been properly lapped over the vent flashing. He also took the time to find the right material to match our unusual roof color, then fixed the leak and installed new shingles while it was still drizzling. Luis did a great job. Fast response, clear explanation, a fair price, and most important of all, the repair worked. We are very grateful and would absolutely recommend LBNR Roofing.
