Mowers and Blowers - Walk behind lawn mower tune-ups and repairs.

    Mowers and Blowers

Came out to my house to tune up my snow blower. He adjusted my shifter, changed my oil, spark…read moreplugs, and replaced some sheer pins for me back in October for about $150.00. He was on time. In and out in 25 min. I have used my snowblower 3x so far and my shifter works like a charm after not working the best for years. The fact that he came to my house was essential for me. I didn't have to worry about trying to lift a 2 stage snowblower into my car.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We needed our riding lawn mower repaired so we asked someone to…read morecome out and take a look. At first we didn't think anyone would be home and they told us to just leave the mower out and they'd fix it. REMEMBER THIS, they would have had to call us eventually to tell us it was repaired or ask what was wrong in the first place. My grandparents were the only ones home so they answered when the technician arrived. They are from another country, English is not their first language. They tried their best to explain what was wrong but didn't get the message across, my mother was at work but was available to call and translate for the technician but he REFUSED. My grandma ended up calling her herself and held the phone up to explain what was wrong, (the mower wouldn't start) a back and forth argument ensued about how my grandparents told him one thing and my mom was telling him another. And eventually he ended up spraying starting fluid and charging $120 for it and leaving. My mother later decided to text the company and let them know their technician was extremely rude and unprofessional about the entire situation. Just know if you are a US citizen that speaks English as a second language YOU ARE NOT A VALUED CUSTOMER HERE. We offered a way to remediate the situation and you refused and argued, that's on you not us. Do better. In the texts he mentions we should have been onsite and that they can't do the job if they can't communicate with us, yet they tell us to leave the mower outside when nobody is home? That doesn't add up, which do you want? If anyone takes the time to read this just know I'm not making this review because my feelings were hurt, I'm making this review because people deserve to know the kind of service they're paying for. This company's lack of professionalism, blatant disregard for customer communication, and discriminatory attitude toward non-native English speakers is unacceptable. Businesses that operate with such poor standards and hostility toward their customers should not be rewarded with your hard-earned money. Take your business elsewhere--somewhere that values all customers equally and treats them with the respect they deserve.

After buying a new commercial walk-behind with the intention of starting a new business…read morerelationship with this seller, he (Joe Schneider himself) ended everything in one swift stroke: My $4,000 + tractor was picked up for cleaning and routine maintenance and returned to me with 2 HUGE gouges (scratches) both right through the finish into the metal, one on the hood. The machine was tendered with a note attached *PLEASE HANDLE WITH CARE - DO NOT SCRATCH. THANK YOU!* Photos of damage taken and sent: *Joe* himself replied with a short email - 'They didn't happen here.' He relayed that 3 employees saw the machine leave with no damage - and were in fact very impressed with how clean I kept it! So he and his 3 parasite liar cohorts are 'honest', and my veracity as a loyal customer is worth nothing to this cretin. This is a scum-level seller - one who matter-of-factly treats the customer like dirt (MANY customers - I am but one, and as a rule, I NEVER leave bad reviews for any sellers - even on EBAY - 1000+ transactions and I have 100% positive feedback as a seller and buyer and never have I left negative feedback - NEVER) and essentially tells the customer to f___ off. I was completely courteous from start to finish, btw. COMPLETELY. You decide if your business belongs with this disrespectful 'power center filth.'
