My initial communication was by e-mail. Erik was very helpful and I set up an appointment. While they were installing the battery they noticed both the nuts were missing on my rear pipe. The two that hold the pipe to the engine (I thought it didn't sound right). No biker wants to lose two nuts. They got right on it. I was so impressed with their friendly and helpful attitude, I decided to replace my very worn tires. Got a set of high end Dunlops. The ride home was a pleasure. I didn't feel I had to look for bailout spots if I blew a tire. It always amazes me how fast my bike can get to 80. I don't do that very often; but I had a new confidence in my bike. So what started out to be a new battery, the job ballooned quite a bit. The bottom line, driving a bike is always risky, so you have to get the odds in your favor. You cannot put a price on safety. Bottom line these folks were great, friendly and competent. If your Harley needs some work or parts or service it would behoove you to patronize this fine family business. Okay I have to add some more comments here. My new battery went totally dead after a week. Fewer than 1% are lemons, lucky, lucky me. I called Eric at 0900, within a half hour a trailer showed up. A very nice young man muscled my bike into it. In a short time Eric called; and I was riding by noon. Hoban's did everything right, as I expected. What was so impressive is that they got right on it. Made me feel valued as a customer. Kudos, guys!

This is the second time this has occurred on this high dollar stove. We called AAA to have them fix it. They sent out a technician; and he concurred that the stove needed a new control. They put in an order for the unit. Just when it looked as if we would be without our stove for the weekend, our jovial repair man called us to say he would squeeze our job into a busy schedule; and come by that very day. So, on a Friday afternoon our stove was fixed. Our choice was to spend $300+ dollars on our old stove, or buy a new, very inferior stove for a lot more than that. So we chose to rely on AAA. The tech's friendly attitude and efficiency made us glad we called them. I won't recommend that anyone buy a Frigidaire stove; but I do recommend that you would call AAA when your stove breaks down.

I met these guys at Wisconsin Harley Davidson during the 2018 Milwaukee H-D Rally over Labor Day…read more They installed a Rockford Fosgate TM400X4ad Amplifier and Rockford Fosgate speakers on my 2017 Road Glide. At the time I questioned the use of "Velcro" as an install method for the amp. They told me it was the only way to do the install and make it fit. This week I took the inner faring off to have it painted and noticed the windshield was cracked at the base by the mounting screws. It would be hard to prove in court but I did see them use a drill driver to put the screws back in and I am sure that did not do my windshield any good. I also noticed the amp had fallen of the Velcro and was a little banged up. That explains the rattle I was hearing. After the initial install, I ended up asking for all the extra parts from the kit. They did not use the heatsink or mounting bracket for the Amp. This is a 400 Watt amp and I believe the engineers at Rockford Fosgate included a heatsink because it needs a heatsink. It is a good thing I saved this stuff. After watching a 15 minute you-tube video by Rockford Fosgate on how to properly install this, I reinstalled it correctly myself. It took about 30 minutes. I also noticed that they ran the power wiring over the gas tank rather than lift the tank to rout the wires properly in the factory H-D wire tray. I need to fix that next. I am sure these short cuts saved time but the result was a very crappy install. And let me point out they charged me plenty for that install. I have found no fault with the Amp and speakers, they are a big improvement over the stock Harley amp and speakers. One last tip, the Rockford Fosgate instructions tell you to set the amp to hi pass (this will limit the base). I believe they may be trying to prevent speaker failure. When I reinstalled mine I set the amp to "All Pass" and WOW!! did that wake up the system. It sounds awesome now. The guys at Extreme audio seem knowledgeable and were very nice, but they are taking shortcuts that they simply shouldn't take. They would do well to follow the Rockford Fosgate installation instructions. Contrary to what they said, everything fits just fine under the faring when installed per the instructions. If you have them work on your bike, tell them to skip the Velcro and do it right! Good Luck.
