Yet another defrauded customer. I paid $1650 for a special parts order in May. Dennis said he put in the order with the manufacturer. Time passed and Dennis told me he confirmed the order had shipped, but there was a delay in transit. In July Dennis said he had the parts in hand, but they may have been damaged in transit. He said he would send them to a NDT lab for testing. In September I contacted the manufacturer myself. They said the order was ready to ship, but Dennis had never paid for it. I paid the manufacturer directly and the parts arrived 4 days later.
Dennis flat out lied about the shipping, damage and testing. He is nearly impossible to reach. I have made numerous attempts to get Dennis to refund the $1650 I paid in May. He now alternately claims his accounts have been compromised and that he has been out of town traveling, as reasons why he can't give me the money back. After months of giving Dennis chances to do the right thing, I am left with no other option than to pursue him for Consumer Fraud. read more
