They have an extension parts selection at competitive prices and will freely share their knowledge of products and applications. They are very helpful at identifying and ordering special orders and notifying us on arrival which is usually prompt. We are lucky to have them in our community!

We were told they could do it in 2 weeks, and they would need to keep it for a week. We dropped it off on June 5th, before we left for vacation. When we got home on June 17, they said it was not done. We said we had to have it for a show by the 21st, and they said it would be ready by then. It was not. There were still two minor things that had not been completed. They said it would be finished by the following Monday or Tuesday, the 24th or 25th. We picked it up on the 21st just for the weekend to use it for the show, and dropped it right back off on the 24th. And on July 1st we went to get it, and they still had not touched it. We picked it up, paid for what they completed before the 21st, and we will never be back. They claimed they were "busy" and couldn't get to it. No communication whatsoever, and no effort to rectify the situation. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We will be taking our business and our money elsewhere from now on!

Standing and walking for the tech to explain everything. Standing to talk to the service lady. Standing while waiting to talk to finance. 2. The amount of SELLING that they try to do! No, I don't want to tour your retail store and be bombarded by items that are recommended. But, that's what they tried to do. This was after the camper sale was done and, of course, we must have $2000 worth of accessories and add-ons! Right? WRONG!! I told the salesperson that I was overwhelmed and tired. He kept on trying to sell. I turned to my husband and said, "I'm getting very stressed and about to cry." He was also tired and upset. He took me by the arm and guided me outside so I could get some air and some quiet time. He went back in and paid for the couple of things that we wanted and came back outside with me. I was just livid that I was getting so upset and the salesman just kept on trying to sell. Also, Good Sam is a joke. $258 per year for insurance. Our State Farm is $120. I'll let you guess who we went with.

Looking at their website all of their reviews of a 4 or 5 seems bogus to me…read more I drove 185 miles to look at a used older model. My Salesman was Mark Raddish. He said the unit was in perfect order and that a couple had bought it for $4000 cash never used it and was trading it in for a unit with A/C. After driving thru 3 major rain storms to get there their service guy started showing me all about the unit. Don't remember his name but he was a great guy. when he was taking down the unit the front slid wouldn't even go back into the unit. The only way they could get it to work was have a guy push on the front and hold the pop up at the rear. You could see where somebody used a pair of vise grips or some other tool to try and getg the slid to go back. The channel was all mangled up. To say I was really upset would be an understatement. I then had to wait about 45 minutes for them to refund my $500 deposit. Lesson learned don't buy or put a deposit down with this dealership until you see it in person. And don't buy a used unit off Mark Raddish until you see it first. For sure the dealership doesn't earn all the high marks they have on their website and I couldn't even post one there. Wish I could give them a -10
