I arrived at 9:45 am I took the guy at counter who waited on me I need to show you what I need done so I took him out to my CRV showed him A tire in the back that i had to take off because it had a nail in it and was flat I told him that I had been running on the spare tire a week. That I needed the spare took off of the rear passenger side and mounted back on my tail gate. And the tire laying in the back that was flat with a nail was to get a new tire and be put back on the rear drivers side. we then walked back inside he said it will be a a hour and half to 2 hours. A friend rode along with me she said you had a appointment why would it take that long? So we waited in their waiting room. I had been sitting there about 45 minutes and went outside to make a phone call and seen then just driving my CRV in the garage. After phone call I walked back in to the guy at counter just to check how much longer he said maybe 45 minutes so I thought I'll just pay then I can leave after it is done. My friend who rode with me has Diabetes so she was needing something to eat. So my trusting them to do a good job as I clearly told the guy what I needed him to do. I got in my CRV and drove away thinking what I had told him was done. We went to eat and when I walked out I noticed that the flat tire was laying still in the back of the CRV! IDIOTS! did not do as I told them to do They took off the rim my spare tire that I had put on the rear when I got the flat from a nail put the new tire on the Crv and left the flat tire that was supposed to get the new tire lay in the back of CRV so by this time they was closed! So I had to drive home with no spare tire and I leaving here soon to have to drive back up there again as high as gas is I'm a hour away from this IDIOT TIRE SHOP! To get my spare tire they better hope they still have it because I'm not buying a new spare tire This time I will see that they do things as should of been done. Very poor business I will never go to this place or any of their tire shops ever again!
