I had some scratches on my fender and bumper and was told T-Body was the best in the area…read more I called and was able to get an appointment in two months; a long time but they were exceptionally busy which is expected for a top-notch body shop. As the appointment neared, I received a text with a link to a repair status site - WOW! Love that I could see when the work was started and an estimate cost of all the work to be done. I was able to drop my truck on a Sunday night with the convenient night-drop-window. When my truck was ready, the site flashed my truck was ready for pickup. The truck was ready within the estimate repair timeline which was very appreciated. When I arrived, I was met with courteous smiles and chatty banter. I paid and received important instructions on washing my vehicle, etc. I truly appreciate the professionalism and exceptional work done on my truck bringing it back to looking like new. I highly recommend you use T-Body.

On Sunday, as we were traveling from PA back home to Bedford, Va our hydraulic lift for my mobility…read morescooter fell off our camper on 79S in WV. Our guardian angel saw we were having trouble, this perfect stranger passed us but turned around and camp back to save us, his name is Mike Starett. Mike just happened to be the uncle to Joe Starett, who proundly owns, operates and is very much an active owner to MountaineerRV in Jane Lew, WV. Mike helped my husband take the remainder of the lift off the camper and loaded it and my scooter into the back of his truck, called his nephew who told us to call service in the morning. Mike then proceeded to take us to a local campground where we could park for the night. The following morning, service dept . was called, Joe came to our campsite with Mike and another young man, loaded up the lift, scooter and led us to MRV. Joe ran to the shop to pick up the new bolts we needed, had them installed, put the lift back on the camper. Dee, service manager, made us comfortable while we waited for install, Gina, Joe's wife came and turned on the TV and fireplace to make sure we were comfortable, I can not say enough great things about the staff and service, except I wish we lived closer to be able to use MountaineerRV on a regular basis. Thank you Sharon and Tom Bolles Bedford, Va.
