Chase refused to allow me to dispute it, saying I should have returned the device immediately since I bought it in person. The owner probably knew this when he was indifferent to knowing I was going to dispute the charge. I agree with previous poster who said he preys on tourists. He sells junk that doesn't work! All Sounds Designs was one of the highest bids, however, Jim (the system designer) talks a good game. I discovered through a simple Internet search that I could get the components they were selling me for $600 less. The entire bid came to around $4000 with a very large portion of it being labor/installation. I brought this to Jim's attention and subsequently the excuses from him poured out. He dominated the conversation without giving me a chance to speak. In fact, this behavior has been displayed by him since the beginning (talking over the customer). All Sounds Design/ Jim also was weeks late with giving me their original bid. I had to call several times to remind them. Overpromising and under delivering and more excuses. Six weeks now has been wasted dealing with the ineptitude of All Sounds Design. I now really feel bamboozled by what some would call a polished and unethical used car salesman. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but I care about my community and I wanted to give my honest experience in order to help others.

I walked out very happy with my new phone (as well as a free tablet and a fabulous deal on a Samsung smart watch). It was easily the shortest time I've ever spent ordering a new phone in a physical store. He helped set up all the new equipment as well and explained a lot as he worked. I will definitely be going to this store from now on.
