Very impressed with the team. I had a very obscure, difficult issue with my home security system and they solved it within 24 hours. Very responsive and comunicative, I couldn't give a higher recommendation for the work they did. read more

To start, Jim was in continuous contact with me as to scheduling and items necessary for install of a new tv. Then when the crew got here, they knew what was planned for and got right to it. I had some special thoughts on the installation of the tv and connections to the rest of my entertainment system which the guys executed with obvious experience and harmony in working together. Everything is better than I imagined. Now I'm so looking forward to loving it. Kudos to All Sound Designs. RonK read more

Purchased and installed new Sony non- glare TV in great room. Move old TV to bedroom.

Buyer beware... I started the process of upgrading our current security system by getting bids from various local companies. All Sounds Designs was one of the highest bids, however, Jim (the system designer) talks a good game. I discovered through a simple Internet search that I could get the components they were selling me for $600 less. The entire bid came to around $4000 with a very large portion of it being labor/installation. I brought this to Jim's attention and subsequently the excuses from him poured out. He dominated the conversation without giving me a chance to speak. In fact, this behavior has been displayed by him since the beginning (talking over the customer). All Sounds Design/ Jim also was weeks late with giving me their original bid. I had to call several times to remind them. Overpromising and under delivering and more excuses. Six weeks now has been wasted dealing with the ineptitude of All Sounds Design. I now really feel bamboozled by what some would call a polished and unethical used car salesman. It gives me no pleasure to write this, but I care about my community and I wanted to give my honest experience in order to help others. read more

All Sound is simply the best in the industry. They have top-notch customer service, knowledge, and product selection. When we needed a security system installed in a hurry, they were willing and able to make it happen for us right away, despite their busy schedule. This is the second home security system they've installed for us, in addition to home audio/video equipment as well. We've worked with them since 2004 and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. We've also had them install audio systems and security systems at our place of business and have always been thrilled with the outcome. Eric and Sara and their entire crew are up-to-date with current technology and are honest, kind people to work with. If you have home or business audio, visual, or security needs, All Sound is hands down the best place to go! read more

I spoke with Sara on Saturday less than a week before I needed an outdoor sound system installed. Although she said they are normally 2-3 weeks out, they were able to fit me in and get everything I needed that next Tuesday. Because I waited until the last minute I was expecting to have limited choices and was prepared to accept whatever they installed. Instead, I got to pick whatever I wanted - woo hoo! When the installers showed up they found my attic to be quite inhospitable and we basically agreed there would have to be some exposed wires and I understood and accepted reality because the access was terrible. But that wasn't good enough for those guys - they hunted and poked around until they found a tiny sliver of light they could run the speaker wires through in between the stucco and the insulation. Seriously, this was going the extra mile. I wish I could post a picture; the install is as clean as I've ever seen in a space I never would have been able to get into (and I highly doubt any other installer would have even tried). I can't say enough about this company - everything from the first contact to sweeping up the last crum of sawdust was perfect. After it was all done they tested it and I thought everything sounded great. The techs said that no, this sounded too muddy and these speakers should be a ton better - so instead of heading on their way, they troubleshot until they found out my receiver was the problem and changed the configuration. My wife and I cranked up Beethoven and Bach last night on our patio and the sound was beautiful. Too high a volume and our patio table started to vibrate, but the speakers still sounded clean! read more
