I was given a consultation on my skin which was followed by the signature Eden facial to address my own personal skin concerns. Not only did she focus on my face, but she also applied product and massaged my neck and décolleté which was a nice addition to the facial. The entire experience was so relaxing from the cleansing to the extractions. But most importantly, my skin looked so bright, plump and hydrated when she finished. I can't wait for my next one in 4-6 weeks.

Because I don't mean to self-congratulate, but no one thinks I'm about to be 31 when they first meet me...they think it is more like 25 and that is all thanks to botox (and Terri). My favorite thing about Terri is that she doesn't overdo it. She's told me "no" more than a few times because she's the expert and doesn't want me to look like one of those Beverly Hills Housewives. Does it hurt? A little...but not as much as wrinkles would. So go ahead, make that appointment. You know you want to.

In just 3 mos, she CLEARED my son's acne and has him on a protocol that is manageable and effective. (Thankfully we avoided serious prescriptions which is where our dermatologist said we were headed). Due to my son's dramatic results, I started seeing her for aging skin...and, I, too, am experiencing immediate results in texture, evenness, and brightness. I have also started another teen child on a protocol to prevent serious hormonal teen acne. Terri is great with teens and adults and my only regret is not starting our journey sooner. I appreciate that she provides samples to prove products work before purchasing full bottles. She also holds teens accountable and is an excellent communicator. We are THANKFUL!

I have to go see a surgeon now. My fat has been completely destroyed and my eyebrow is hanging down. I am devastated. It's been more than a year and I don't like wearing eye make up anymore, and I am very self-conscious. Do not go to Ashley! Amanda is the best lash artist in the midsouth, perhaps the south. I always get compliments and ask who does them. In addition to lash services I've had the plasma pen treatment twice. Talk about incredible results! As a Botox user, the plasma pen has reduced fine lines and wrinkles all over my face. I no longer get Botox injections on my 11s or around my laugh lines. Facials are another facet.. I've had peels and classic facials.. all leave your face feeling fresh and glowing. Hair.. from cuts to styles, these ladies are so talented!! One other note... I fried my own hair doing my own bleaching, and Betty's home mix conditioner has helped my hair reduce the crunch of the mistake I made.. and two months later it is smooth and silky. I'm told all the time I don't look like I'm close to 50.. I credit these ladies with my youthful glow. Amanda, Amy, Betty, and Mattie know their business. Visit them for all your medspa needs.

Like any other medical office, emergencies arise, and they can get behind with seeing patients at their precise appointment times. I understand and accept that as today's norm. I have used GA for services for 5 years now, and appreciate their honesty and full disclosure about the side-effects and recovery time from every little procedure, from hair removal, to leg vein treatments, to laser work to remove red and brown spots from my skin. The team members are knowledgeable on the materials and chemicals they use, why they work, and why one may be superior to another. When I say "nobody should know I had this done but me", Katie, knows exactly what I mean. The office is friendly, set in an old Germantown home (once a wedding chapel), with warm and creaky hardwood floors, and look-at-me crown molding. A range of services and products (Obagi!) are available; see the website www.memphislaser.com for their competitive pricing and product information. The only reason I give it four stars and not five? One caveat: expect a wait time for your appointment. It is not uncommon, if you request a specific person, to wait up to a month to coordinate an appointment time that will suit both parties. You may wait a bit once you arrive, as well. 15-30 minutes is typical.
