I needed the whole third floor of my townhome hardcore cleaned. The previous owner had a cat that just had a ball (hairball) with the hair all over. Not to mention, the cat smell. The team arrived with their big cleaning unit and brought everything they needed to the third floor. One important note....they did need my bathroom to dump their water so I was fortunate to have one on the third floor. Just something to consider or plan of you have them come over. Overall, they worked for a couple hours power cleaning my carpet. Bottomline, well done. No more cat hair or cat hair smell. The third floor looks and smells brand new. I would use them again if I needed to.

Materials they knew were needed weren't ordered until late in the project, causing delays and affecting my flooring and cabinet replacement. A home inspection afterward found incomplete work, including insulation that had been removed but never replaced and HVAC vents that were not properly connected. As I've unpacked, I've discovered even more problems. Furniture was disassembled, but the hardware wasn't taped to or kept with the furniture, and much of it was never found. I've made several trips to hardware stores trying to replace missing parts. A brand-new TV had a punctured screen and had to be replaced. My jewelry was thrown loose into a large box with other belongings, leaving necklaces and chains badly tangled. There were many other issues: my mattress was stored without the protective cover I specifically purchased, light covers were broken, drywall and construction debris were placed against freshly painted walls, glue was left all over the new flooring, and my front door was left unlocked. Most frustrating was being told by the supervisor that I was "complaining too much" when I raised concerns. These weren't minor complaints. They involved damaged property, missing hardware, incomplete work, additional expenses, and many hours of my time trying to correct problems. Based on my experience, I would not use ServPro again.

Stan delivered the rug to us and I had him look at a seam in our living room carpeting that had separated and also asked him about getting our huge sectional cleaned.
