There are some food options available as well. They host trivia monthly and have live music on occasion, too! If you like sweet (and I mean VERY sweet) wines you MUST try the Cotton Candy! It's made from Cotton candy grapes and is spectacular. We really enjoyed the tasting and got a bottle of Reisling to enjoy at home. We will most definitely be returning (especially once it's warm enough to enjoy their patio)!

We also got a peach Slushie which was very tasty. Their Slushies are always great and we've tried many flavors! The inside area at Arcona is very nice and it's a great complement to the Spring Gate location in Harrisburg. So far, I haven't been there during warm weather, but I can only imagine that it gets to be even more interesting as the weather warms, summer attire replaces heavier cold weather garb. The place is huge -- something like a campus with several different bars and seating areas instead of lecture halls, much of which is outdoors -- so I'm very interested to see what the warmer seasons hold as the cold weather adjustments are retired until Fall. Service is generally quick and friendly, though it's all walk-up, so make sure to consider that when you choose your footwear for a visit -- I've seen some interesting and awkward challenges with heels. I think the only detractor to my visits is that, not being a wine person due to an allergy, they don't have a lot of options otherwise. I think there's an opportunity to partner with a local brewery to expand their inventory a bit. I'll definitely return from time to time because the combination of music and wine makes for some wonderful entertainment!

It doesn't necessarily look like that as you drive up. The only downfall is that there is only one restroom. The pricing seemed decent. I was super pleased that they had a small selection of mocktails. Their strawberry lemonade spritz wasn't too sweet or too tart! It was just right. My friends seemed to enjoy all the wine choices! Additionally, the crab pretzel was amazing!! The charcuterie boards looked worth it. Plenty of seating and a live band was set up around 6/630, but we left just as they were coming in. Highly recommend and would come back (even as a sober lady!).

They had many different kinds of wine for sale by the bottle, but only about 7 wines for tasting, ranging from dry to sweet. I'm not a sweet wine fan so we tried the Sauvignon Blanc and the Cabernet Sauvignon/Chambourcin. Both were very nice dry wines and we ended up buying a bottle of the Cab Sav/Cham blend. Every wine we tasted, even if not our forte, had a unique and robust flavor. They have varieties for every wine connoisseur, dry to sweet to fruity to ports. We enjoyed every sample we tried and bought a large selection at the end. Their food is just as great as their wines. We got a cheesesteak, and I have to say it was the best cheesesteak I've ever had. The peppers and onions were cooked to perfection, the meat was cooked and seasoned so well, the cheese cooked into the meat, and the serving was large. It's location is also a perk, with beautiful views and woods surrounding. The staff was great to chat with and fun people. Highly recommend!
