HAS POTENTIAL BUT NEEDS SOME WORK!
My husband and I stumbled upon this restaurant by accident as we were looking for a specific cafe. I later realized that this is probably the correct address with a new business in place. It was clean and spacious with a casual decor. We were greeted and seated immediately.
My husband ordered a Western omelet with hash browns and I decided to try the French toast.
My toast was not seasoned and it was not cooked completely. My husband's omelet was so greasy that the oil was pooling under it and you could not even taste the eggs. His hash browns were cooked to perfection. I decided to trade in the French toast for an omelet very light on the oil and cheese. This turned out to be a much better option.
*** When my husband went over to confirm the order, he witnessed the cook using a mini ladle to pour oil directly over the potatoes and eggs, (twice) . The thought of this is disgusting and explains why my husband's omelet was extremely greasy.
Someone needs to introduce the cook to the words light and restraint and they definitely need to provide a new recipe for French toast.
If you go, make sure to customize your order and go light on the fat!
Customer service was very attentive and the water was cold and refreshing. read more
