When I got back to the house, the only thing I saw covered my driveway. After about two months a palm tree snapped in half because of a chemical burn (see picture) which was verified by two different landscape professionals. Although Garrett warned me that the landscaping will get damaged if not covered with a tarp, he failed to protect the palm trees just below the roof line, and now he claims that the chemicals do not damage the landscaping. In my experience with Garrett, I found him to be a liar, unreliable, and not willing to take responsibility for his actions.

I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well.
