I also have a Persian silk rug inherited from my grandparents that had a pet stains I thought might be permanent, plus satin dining chairs that needed a deep clean. I wanted someone who truly specializes in sensitive and luxury textiles and I'm so glad I found Greg. From the start, Greg was professional, transparent, and incredibly knowledgeable. He carefully explained every step of the cleaning process he explained how at their facility, they use a UV lamp to help get rid of the urine stains and use an organic fabric protector treatment at their shop, which gave me extra peace of mind for the future. He was very clear about what results I could expect and offered fair pricing along with a first-time customer discount and an organic fabric protector option. What really impressed me was the level of expertise and care. Greg showed me the water after cleaning and wow, I had no idea how much buildup there was. The difference in all the pieces was remarkable. Everything looks refreshed, feels clean, and most importantly, the fabrics were treated gently and correctly. It's rare to find a company that specializes in so many types of delicate fabrics and clearly takes pride in doing the job right. I'm extremely pleased and will absolutely be using Puregreen again for future cleanings. Highly recommend!

I don't write many reviews, but when a business truly wows me, taking pride in doing the right thing, and holding itself to the same high standards I once set for my own clients, I feel compelled to share my experience. Greg at Pure Green Carpet Cleaning is one of the most honest and straightforward professionals I've worked with. My experience with carpet cleaners has often involved the old bait-and-switch: a low price quoted over the phone that somehow grows once they arrive. That wasn't the case this time. I had a plan/budget for my carpets and several area rugs. Greg had a different suggestion, one that actually cost me less. Thats actually a first for me. That kind of integrity is incredibly rare. I highly recommend Greg and Pure Green Carpet Cleaning for any carpet or rug cleaning needs. You simply can't go wrong with a company that cares about its clients and future interactions instead of making a quick buck. If you choose his company, you won't be disappointed.

He did a great job, but unfortunately my dog had two accidents on the rug after he cleaned it. I tried to spot clean it myself with Blue Coral, but that didn't work, so I called Michael and asked him to come back. He spot cleaned it on a Friday afternoon and it looked fantastic at first . . . On Monday morning when we returned to the office from the weekend it looked horrible. The yellow urine spots were dark brown. I called Michael and he returned for $50.00 and sprayed "brown out" on the stains twice or maybe 3 times, but the stains will not go away. At first, he told me it was my fault that I should not have used the Blue Coral, but then it occurred to me that I had been using Blue Coral on the rug over the last year before he cleaned it the first time, so it simply doesn't make sense that the Blue Coral caused the brown spots. I called him this morning to ask the next steps to remove the stains as they are still there, and he told me via text that he will have to charge us more money in order to come back. Bottom line, we feel he did something different when he spot cleaned the rug versus when he took the rug to his facility to clean. We're going to call a different service provider today as Michael doesn't seem to be able to remove the dark spots he created.
