BEWARE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! He was cursing and called my home stinky! 250.00 for ONE BEDROOM! I have a 12 year old dog that hurt his foot and bled on the carpet. I was quoted 150.00, when ERAN LADIE showed he then quoted me 250.00 all the while saying it was a 50% chance that the blood would not come out. You want to charge and additional 100.00 AFTER saying that it was a 50% chance it wouldn't come out. End of the story the blood DID NOT come all the way out, he hustled me for an additional 100.00, used profanity in my house, refused to wear a mask, and called my carpet "stinky shit". Where do I start? I ADORE Eran. I love having him come every few months to clean my couch so it's a treat to see him and it's so so refreshing having a couch that feels brand-new! Mint cleaners came a few weeks ago to clean my dirty carpet before I had guests come over and they did a great job! They were very professional and courteous and did my whole place in an hour. Firstly, I did a couple price comparisons before moving forward with Mint Carpet Cleaners and they were the most competitive. The person I scheduled my appointment with was so helpful and accommodating and was able to get me in the next day (which was AMAZING because I'm dealing with a flee situation with my cats and wanted to get everything cleaned and squared away immediately) so I was so relieved when they scheduled me for next day. He came into our apartment to check out our light beige sofa, gave us the estimate, and discussed how he would remove the stains before starting the job.
