We messaged and he asked a few simple questions and provided his rates. Nick is very responsive snd clear with his information which made this easy. My appointment was made an on the day of, he arrived promptly. He was kind enough to respect my 'no shoes in house' policy, I did see him switch to an indoor slipper. It took about 2 hours but he did an amazing job cleaning my sofa. I had recently moved, and it got extra dirty from the moving trucks and things rubbing against it.
