It would be easier than taking the tire off and then dropping it off at Discount Tire and picking it up - honestly, I would have traded my money for the convenience of having him do it for me. Well that never happened. After I sent a quote request, I then called Monday evening and Tuesday afternoon (twice) and never got a call back (and I couldn't leave a message because his VMbox is full). 2 stars for the lack of communication/responsiveness. I am a Jimmy John's delivery driver that had an order to Two Gringos Tires. I had 4 deliveries and I was the only driver and I arrived almost a half hour after this guy placed his order. (In case you didn't know, Jimmy Johns delivery service is known for being "freaky fast", so a half hour after the order is placed is along time.) Kash, the guy who placed the order, pointed out to my that one of my headlights was out. I told him i was aware kinda in.. a bummed tone. After he signed his receipt slip and I was getting ready to leave, he asked me if i would like him to replace my burnt out headlight. He took time out of his own working time to help me, free of charge. And to top it off, gave me his own headlight. What a nice guy! What great service and I didn't even go in to have anything fixed on my car. If he was willing to do that for me, for free, taking time out of his night, after being 20 minutes late and still gave me a nice tip, I can only imagine the kind of care he puts into the work he's getting paid for.
