I signed a move out notice a few weeks prior to my move out. I was scheduled to be out of my unit by May 31st. I moved out of the facility but because my lock was removed on 6/1, the facility charged me another month's rent. You would think after being a good paying customer over the past years (between myself and co-worker) I'd receive decent customer service but this was not the case. After calling to get an understanding of why I'm being charged for an additional month, Susan said I needed to read the fine print of my close out form. If you're in our community of Katy, I'd advise you to take your business somewhere else where people have great customers service and look to help solve problems....not scam you on the fine print. The storage area was very clean and well-kept. We got the storage on a special rate that stayed for…read morethe remainder of the time so, so the price was great. We never had any problems here. There's a restroom in the hallways, a dumpster in the back if you need to discard old boxes etc, and the people never bothered us at all. We did have one issue: they assigned us a unit that was already in use. It was the weekend, so we had to pick an open locker and just put our lock on it. They corrected the mistake on Monday, reassigning us the locker we'd used.

My experience signing in and renting a unit was easy, stressless and actually fun. The property…read moremanager was a delight to deal with. She explained everything completely and pleasantly. The facility was clean and orderly. The storage unit itself was very neat and clean. The prices are reasonable and I know personally it does not flood ( good thing to know ). There is an electronic registration Kiosk outside for 24hr service and you can actually get your unit and a lock. Just FYI, you will need to come back to do the physical paperwork though.
