I wrote a review on Royal Storage some time ago, but from what I gather, and unbeknownst to me, Yelp refused to post it... I'm still not sure why!!! So I am making another attempt at letting you all know what a great storage facility this is. Due to family issues and other life complications I have had a storage room with them for several years. During that period of time not only have I had the privilege of working wth their amazing management, I have been looked after as if it were there own belongings stored there. The manager is always on top of things in the way of keeping it clean in ALL areas and keeping you in the loop of what's going on there. She keeps a constant vigil on the goings and comings to make sure your items are secured. I have never found an insect or pest of any kind in my unit. Even when it's been some time since I've been able to get there, I am never leery of what I might find inside. ( I am the care giver for my 84 yr old mother and she lives over 4 hours from where my things are stored.) This place is also convenient and you have security gates that keep it safe while you are not around. So, whether you need a storage unit for a day or a year, Royal Storage is an awesome place to protect your special "stuff" until you can get them back in play. I would encourage you to make you own decision about this facility. It is of modern construction and managed full time. Maintenance and repairs are performed daily. The property manager is available during business hours which are 5 1/2 day per week by phone or email. Royal Storage in Brookshire and Pattison offers a lot of value for the price. Full time, onsite management, with security fencing and access gate. I find that it is the best value in the area. I recommend it to my family and friends. read more
