Jaime and Jesus handled the installation of the air handler, ductwork, and heat pump. They worked hard, were very respectful of our home, kept things clean, and honestly were much quieter doing the work than I expected considering all the cutting and installation involved. Much more importantly, Rolando noticed a second unrelated but significant problem with our system. What happened was about a year ago the condenser's fan had been replaced and had been installed incorrectly. As a result the fan ran BACKWARDS and had been sucking air in from the top instead of blowing it out. The area around the condenser seemed unusually hot but the system was still cooling the house so we didn't know such a bad mistake had been made. The problem was fixed quickly and free of charge. They said it's their policy to book appointments, giving a specific time and date, and confirm the appointment with the customer, and only after that check if they actually have a tech available. And then for some reason, not bother telling the customer if there's an issue with the appointment they booked. If they had told me from the beginning it would be 2 months, I would have gone with another company. Instead, I spent 3 weeks in miserable heat with a malfunctioning AC. I just don't understand why they would lie to customers, and say they booked an appointment when they didn't really book it.
