The locations setup has a to go counter or table service available. When you are seated they bring a plastic jug of water with styrofoam cups for your party and small menu books for each guest. There were only two people tonight running the restaurant and they were very friendly and welcoming. I had come a few times last year too and for some reason the quality of the food it seems is very different. I once again ordered the Roast Pork Ramen and others at my table ordered tempura shrimp, egg rolls, and fried chicken. The portion of the pork seemed smaller than last time and the egg wasn't as runny. The broth was alright but the flavor was pretty light until I was halfway done, coming through more potent in the bottom half of the bowl. The noodles too didn't seem as dense as last year but the kikurage mushroom was a nice texture. The staff is friendly and the location is well taken care of in terms of cleanliness and organization. However, if I do come back I will probably stick with some of the fried selections or dumplings next time. The prices and portions are fair for the food given and the atmosphere is very relaxed.

It's been 2 years but this place does not miss a beat. Still the best dumplings always fresh & tasty. Quick service and the gentleman working is very nice & attentive. Place is open, lots of tables, plenty of seating and bright. Will definitely be back in a few months when we're back in town.

This place was amazing and I didn't even know it was there as many times as I have been to Myrtle Beach. I will definitely be going back when I go back to the beach. The food was amazing and it was really quiet. We were the only ones there at first but then more people started to come in. I was never really big on boba but I tried the milk tea boba and the brown sugar boba. The brown sugar is now my favorite and I will go back for more.

Fantastic ramen place that I just stumbled on! Spot on chicken ramen, pork dumplings, and a Thai bubble tea. Great service, friendly, and not too big of a menu that you'd spend an hour reading but just enough choices. Will definitely be back soon.

The service is very nice here! Not too busy so we got to choose where we sat. The food was pretty good too very surprised to see they have black fungus salad on the menu! Moving here from Vegas I never thought I'd be able to find it in a restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. The black fungus was amazing even my husband liked it. The green scallion and pancake was a little greasy but still tasty and cooked perfectly. Crunchy outside chewy inside! My husband got the miso ramen and he enjoyed it very much and ate the whole thing. He also really liked their chili oil they have in the tables. I got the juicy pork dumplings they were very juicy like the name says and nice pork flavor.

The ramen was good, but plain. Seemed microwaved, not fresh. It was expensive for what it was. The boba tea was good, it also not house made.

I personally appreciated the simplicity of the menu, kept it easy to navigate to decide quicker what I wanted. Service was exceptional. They greet you when you enter as well as leave. Portraying Japanese culture of customer service. You order at the kiosk, grab a number, and find a table. The waiters will bring out the food to you. There's plenty of seating and the restaurant is clean and kept tidy. Also great lighting and a warm welcome and goodbyes feeling.

Strangely, mine was brought to me packaged for takeout; I don't know why their in-house ordering would default to that but maybe I hit a wrong button? Maybe some room for process improvement there, but they didn't give me any trouble about transitioning to a dine-in bowl. Their vegetable ramen is promised with a citrus note and there were discernible little bits of yuzu in it. The tofu it comes with is marinated in something sweeter, which wasn't my favorite flavor combination but is typical to the cuisine. I found the flavor improved with tableside spices; they have both a black pepper mix and a house chili powder. The portion size was not huge, and even adding extra inari on the side just satisfied my cravings, and this was after I'd had breakfast. There were some Japanese-speaking people dining there who seemed to be slurping approvingly. I could imagine having had a better experience, but the quality of broth and noodles was worth coming for me.

I sneaked a peak at the menu on FB before the dinner and was dead set on the lobster ramen. After confidently ordering with merely a glance at the menu (my mind was made up in advance), I was promptly notified that the ramen did not contain lobster, but rather was a lobster broth base. I had a brief moment of disappointment, but quickly changed my tune as I realized I was still getting ramen. The ramen came out pretty quickly and I've got to give it up to the guys from 2 Nixons. Ramen is a delicate and complicated dish. To be able to execute it so well in an array of make shift kitchens all around town is pretty impressive. After tasting the lobster broth, I lost any resemblance of disappointment I may have had. In this giant bowl, you could also find the regular suspects of pork confit, a soft boiled egg, pickles, corn, scallions, and mushrooms. Everything was perfect together and I was tempted to get a side order of noodles to keep this dish alive, but honestly I was full after digging to the bottom.

Although the menu is limited (understandably), the dishes themselves are so packed full of flavor and yumminess that it more than makes up for the lack of options. I tried the Okonomiyaki which he did in a waffle iron, and it was so tasty! I wasn't really sure what to expect, but it blew me away. I would best describe it as Japanese comfort food with an American twist (thanks to the waffle iron). It was topped with all sorts of goodies (sorry I don't remember the details right now, but I want to say there was like brussels sprouts and cabbage and bacon (I mean, come on, so good!). The Kimchi Burger was quite a contender as well. A really thick, seasoned beef patty, cooked to a perfect medium rare, oozing with sharp cheddar cheese sauce, homemade pickles and kimchi. I think I may have blacked out for a second after taking my first bite. I know his menu changes often, and you can bet I'll be back to try out some of the ramen in the future!
