First off, the greeter tried to rip me off by misrepresenting the package prices. I said I wanted the $35 package, and he implied I wouldn't be happy with it because my floors wouldn't be washed, and indicated the next one up includes that. But reading the next package up, didn't include the floor washing. So what was he talking about? I asked him to point to where it says that, and he had nothing to say. A real scam artist I'd say. And when I got my car back, the inside was not really clean, the seats weren't wiped down and shiny, and the rims still were filthy. So what did I just pay for? These guys don't deserve any stars, these guys are rude, unethical, dishonest, disrespectful, don't have any values towards customers or customer service, my father came to get a basic car wash, he was over charged because he was old, and the car was given to him dirty, the back wasn't vacuumed, tires weren't shined, dashboard wasn't clean, and was charged 55 bucks, their sign says one thing but the rude workers work like they don't care, they have NO Passion for what they do. absolutely the worst car wash I've ever been to the washed my husbands car and it was still dirty. The inside was filthy, had sand all over it., when we went back to get them to redo it, or give us a refund, the female manager was super rude, and started justifying why the car was a hot mess. Because I was complaining, the owner took it upon himself to say well. Came in to get a wash and everyone seemed all nice and helpful then when I drove in I was greeted ever so rudely by this guy. I had asked him about if bigger vehicles went in because I was afraid of getting scratch and he said well if you dont like it you can take it to hand washing place. Then when I had to pull forward he got my attention by banging on my car. Did it once did it twice. Miserable prick should consider wearing proper working attire and not club wear them maybe he will be more comfortable to work and not so miserable like everyone else there was nice enough and then you have this loser to represent as the first face you see. This car wash outlet stiffed me for approximately $200 in car wash tickets I bought but which they will not honour due to the sale of the outlet to a new owner. After they unceremoniously sent me packing, I filed a case with the BBB to which this merchant never replied. As the case is under $500, BBB can take no further action except to provide notification to consumers about this company's "failure to promptly give attention to the matter." "Promptly?" I took my car in for an inside/outside wash today, I exited the car and met them at the end. When my car exited the wash, there was a long scratch all along the driver's side and when the guy got out of my car, I heard a loud noise when the door opened. As I looked closer, the door was broken and there was a foot long dent in the door. So now, in addition to the dent and the scratch, the door doesn't close properlyl!!! Now, I have to pay thousands of dollars to get this fixed!!!! When I asked to speak to the owner, a young girl came out saying "she's the manager". She said "Maam, you brought your car in like this" with a smile on her face. I said " I did not bring my car with a broken door or scratches. It would have been clearly evident when I left the car but it was perfect when I handed it off to the carwash guy." She didn't even acknowledge, apologize or look into the matter" - it was infuriating!!! Further, they didn't wash my mats, nor properly clean the car- I think I just paid for my car to be damaged....uuughhh. I should have known that they were unprofessional and useless by the way they keep the outside of the place...full of garbage everywhere. Worst service . I confirmed over call before going there about appointments and prices. What they told me over call I went there with that price in mind. After service I was told something else. They charged more price and did not even do what was main thing to do. I took premium service costing me 90 dollars which I was told $69-79 over call. Over that main thing I went for was seat shampoo never the less that was not even touched they did floor instead and said oops. Is this a way to run business. I will not recommend this place to anyone . Worst service ever. Be clear and specific from beginning and listen to customers who come in. People come in to get service done and they pay price. Do not go to this car wash!!!! This is the worst car wash that I've ever been to. I showed up with my vehicle and explained to the guys that I have custom rims on my car And was worried that they might get scratched. the guys at the car wash told me that it would be fine. After running the car through the car wash we noticed that the rims had been scratched from rubbing against the metal rail. I was told they would compensate me for the damage to the rims and to bring a quote and when I brought the quote I was treated rudely and told that they would not help me out at all. and to top it off the rims for one day old don't go to this car wash they are terrible!!!!! read more

I've taken my car here a few times. Overall I'm pretty happy with the cleaning inside and out of the car. I just wish they would do a better job drying the car and pay some attention to the rims. Usually they look at me and say it's done, and I feel like WTF like there's still water dripping out of the side mirrors and down the door and they never touch the rims. read more

Needed a car wash interior and exterior so found this place online. They did a great job given low price. Even though my little hatchback has broken bumpers, these guys treated my vehicle like it was a luxury car! Super cleaned inside and out. Also, the first spray wash guy found my lost Visa card under the seat (yes, I'm an idiot) and the last wipe-down woman piled up my lost loose change from under the seats for me in the cup holder. This is a scam business. I washed my car there. Their equipment put small scratches on the car. Also the staff didn't even dry the car properly. They charged me for waxing and tire cleaning but non of them were done properly. I would rather go to the touchless car wash next time. If you care about your car do not go there. read more

If there is a ZERO would use that paid for full service wash plus dash and leather seat clean they did an half ass wash and wipe down and when i ask to see what cleaner they use on my seats they can't find the spray bottle with that. Then the other employees tell me to leave and shut up when i know what i paid for. The old guy came a gave me back the $6 i paid extra to wipe and dress the seat.. But it looks like the young guys wanted to fight me because i was talking up for what I PAID FOR. NEVER AGAIN GOING BACK THERE. All others BEWARE. Sad day for getting my car cleaned up. read more

So, I was looking for a Hand Wash car wash to wash and clean both the exterior and interior. my friend Chris​ gave me the closest one next to me as I was in that area: "Royalty Auto Spa" at 210 Don Park. I called them to check the price and time available...the earliest appointment was an hour away so I told him I was on the road and would not make it so late..he began to be condescending in his reply that we don't have 30 people here working and we don't do a shitty job here etc...to which I replied thank you. Today I went to "Royal Car Wash" at 900 Progress Road even though Chris said that he tried it there and his car was scratched. Well, because I am impatient I decided to try them instead of booking an appointment elsewhere and having to wait. When I got there I drove in to find the attendant not responsive to my questions, he didn't speak a word but just pointed..so I thought he was mute. No worries, I then went to the cashier, and thought I had left my wallet in the vehicle, I asked him if it was safe there, he said this is not the ghetto we wouldn't steal your wallet. I told him I haven't heard that word "ghetto" in a long time even with my many trips in Canada and the States. He immediately blurted out how he hate the Americans that they are nasty, he hates the States...Anyways to change the subject, I continued to ask about the pricing etc. I then went to the waiting room where I met two workers who seem like they didn't want to be there. I spoke with one of them asking him if the guy who met me first is mute, he said no. I then said it seems like the cashier has a chip on his shoulder. The guy replied that the customer service here sucks. My vehicle eventually came, I gave them both a tip of $2 each and left, came home to find that my car on the outside wasn't cleaned properly, the mats weren't dried. A couple days ago I've went to Scarborough Town Centre to drop of my family for shopping and also drop off my dad to the Civic Town centre. While waiting for both of them I decide to take my car for a wash to a near by car wash station. The car wash was a very old one but that doesn't really matter as long as my car is nice and clean, which is in the end. Though before entering the car wash I was greeted by a man and he told me I only pay him after the wash, first 2 staff used pressure spray nozzles to remove off excess dirt off my car, then I entered the car wash on the usual neutral gear, after the wash there was also another staff that help me dry my car with a cloth. While my car is being dried I went to the cashier, which is the boss of the car wash, $13 for the whole wash with wax and a total of 3 staff is not a bad deal at all IMO. And a nice discount after 4 or 5 washes, you get one free car wash. read more

Very good detailing for only $60. Although it was quick detailing and only took 2 hours my suv was like new again. The carpet shampooed cleaned like new and aluminum rims shining. The interior windows, doors and dash spotless. I will certainly go back and recommend others. read more
