I came back to pick mine up and it was done way too small (and I emailed them a picture of how big I wanted the design printed on the shirt and verified with them that they had it to refer to once I placed my order with them in the mall). I even supplied the shirt I wanted it printed on. $40 down the drain - and if I want it done over, I have to buy the shirt again and get it printed again and give them more money even though it was THEIR ERROR. Ok first off, if I could give no stars I would have. My experience was not a good one. There is a…read morereal lack of professionalism when dealing with the staff. I wanted 5 custom tee-shirts made. I was told they would be ready on a Wednesday. I paid for the tee-shirts in full and I requested to leave my name and phone number which I was asked to write on the back of a sheet of printer paper. On Wednesday I called to make sure the shirts were ready, they were NOT! When I asked why I wasn't called to let me know why my order (that was paid in full )was not ready I got nothing. I was giving a bunch of excesses. I asked to be compensated for my time and I was given the run around. When I called on Thursday, to make sure my shirts were ready, I was once again given an attitude. After a brief argument, the employee stated that I had two choices to either refund my entire order $200.00 or I take a 40.00 gift card to their store. I had asked for a refund for one shirt to compensate my time. When I went to pick up the shirts the manager was no where to be found. I was not given the gift card or even an apology. This place lacks real professionalism. If you're looking to order custom tee-shirts I suggest you go somewhere else.
