Will try to be detailed and objective of my fairly below average experience with BKNY Printing. At…read morethe time of this writing, the publicly listed address on their job order form, google contact, were all incorrect. This really messed with me because I had wanted to supply my own shirts and specifically chose BKNY Printing initially based off their 15-min location proximity from me. After back and forth emails with them confirming the design, I was told right before I went that they were actually located at a different location that was over 30 min. from me. At this point I decided to go with them anyways because of the time already spent confirming the design. Once I dropped off my shirts, I was told I would get a proof of my design (for approval) fairly early the following week, but the entire week passed so I finally called them Thursday, and was told I would get the proof Friday. Friday passed (I called again), and I did not get the proof until the Monday after. After that, a similar thing happened where there would be no movement until I called them again (each time upon the time they had originally said they would deliver). It really felt like no attention was paid to my project, and I really had to push to get things done even after it was past their own estimated delivery time. When I finally went to pick up my shirts, one of the prints was off center, and when I made that comment the receptionist simply replied, "ok," in a way that really suggested she didn't care at all and didn't want to deal with it. No remedy or or even "let me take a look" offered. DMV style. At this point because of the longer than expected completion time, it was already the last day for when I needed the shirts so it was a moot point to redo or make revisions. In addition, there was an insignificant but noticeable ink smudge around one of the prints if I were to be picky. To be fair the other prints came out fine and are usable. But overall, it felt like a pretty sub-par service and customer experience.
