Therefore, no stars for this business; look somewhere. Btw I attached one of their photos from their website. See for yourself.

Not only did they help print photos of my grandmother in different sizes, they also retouched the photos to improve the quality! They also digitized old photos I brought in with incredible speed for the funeral and took care of placing the photos with kindness and thoughtfulness into the albums. Without their incredible professionalism and personal touch, this all would've been absolutely impossible in the span of 24 hours. They're the sweetest family around, and they've given us incredible photos to help our family remember my grandmother !!

Picture this- I'm at work in Georgia, 2 days before Christmas, Far Better would be closed on the 24th, & 26th and I needed funeral programs printed, for a funeral on the 27th. A souped-up, 15-page booklet with pictures (not the flimsy 2-pager). I called Far Better on around 2PM on 12/23 to see if they could assist with this last-minute print job. My PDF was too big to send via email; my work firewall blocked the alternative Joe provided. He then suggested I share my Canva with him so he could retrieve it there. By the time Joe had my file, it was around 3:30 PM. He stayed on the phone with me to confirm in real time that he gained access to the file while still handling in-person clients I had no idea what type of binding I wanted but Joe walked me through the entire process reassuring me every step of the way, and he did not disappoint. And the cost...I was expecting to pay an arm & a leg but, to my surprise, they were BEYOND REASONABLE. About $400 less than what Staples quoted me for the exact same job. Can't say enough about the quality of the results and the service. Very pleasant experience through & through. Thank you so much, Joe & the Far Better team. ~Magna

One thing I noticed is there have been a few occasions where I have sent wrong file sizes and instead of printing the wrong images at very low quality they will call me and let me know something is off and that id doesn't look right. Other times I have been so busy I've rushed things in last minute and they have really gone out of their way to not only get it done in a pinch but even help me carry it back home. I've sent many people to them and will continue to do so. We love them! James
