Hassan was really great to work with. Communication was very easy - reached out over email and we set up the date. We connected via phone about a week later and talked over the details for about 10-15 minutes, and then just texted occasionally as the day of my proposal got closer. I popped the question at Liberty State Park in Jersey City and despite never having been there before Hassan arrived early, found the best spot and let me know where I should be to get the best pictures. He did a great job capturing the exact moment but also got us together for some incredible pics afterward - really made us feel comfortable and natural, and only took about 25 minutes (I had a fancy dinner reservation to make with my bride-to-be). He got me one right away to share with friends and family and had the rest of the set over the next morning. Working with Hassan on my Engagement shoot was so amazing! Prior to the shoot I had no idea what to do but he was quick to coach on location and outfit choice. During planning he was so responsive. It rained on our first two dates but he was flexible to reschedule so that we got the perfect weather. He arrived on time and had shots pre-planned so everything ran smooth and organized. Where should I begin, I booked Hassan for 3 days( 2 days of video and 3 days for photo). The events went smoothly but when it came time for the pictures to be given he was always busy finalizing them. The events were a month apart. One wedding was in March and another wedding in April. Finally, we were told that our photos were stolen along with two other couples. He did give us our $4000 for the pictures, and reshoot some of the pictures. However, nothing can undo the damage for the loss of our memories. Only if he followed his own schedule to provide us our pictures in a timely matter we would of had our wedding pictures which are irreplaceable. We don't have any pictures with friends, family, and our guests. I even went as far as finding his stolen MacBook Pro and his response was that he "wanted to put it all behind him".
