We are pleased with our experience at Le Image for our wedding videography and photo booth! Working with Josephine to book the day was pain free-it saves time to book a videographer and photo booth with one vendor. We were a little worried about booking before seeing the specific work of the videographers who filmed our wedding, but they did a great job capturing what we wanted (primarily documentary-style shots of our family and friends having a good time). Nikola did a great job editing. We had a round of revisions and they were happy to quickly make all the changes we requested. We have a beautiful cinematic trailer, full length edit, social media edit, and of course raw footage (if we so choose to review the WHOLE day at any point in the future). My husband and I chose Le Image as our photographers for our wedding last month. Le Image is a preferred vendor of Deity, which made it easy for us to not have to do extensive research. We did know they had great reviews via Yelp so we were happy to know we were putting our most intimate moments of our wedding in the best hands. I spoke to Stephanie on the phone once and the rest of the communication was via email and it was so easy. Stephanie answered any questions I had at a lightning quick pace! We booked a photographer for 8 hours and we also used their photo booth services. Initially we were supposed to 2 photographers, but we only got one, which is fine since that was what we paid for. Our photographer was Massimo and he was pretty cool. I've never had to pose for photos so that part of it was awkward but Massimo made it funny and less weird. We originally wanted to take photos at Deity's suite and at Brooklyn Bridge Park, but it was chilly and gloomy so we opted to just stay at Deity. We took some fun photos on the sidewalk and at the rooftop suite at Deity. The photo booth was simple but very nice. In February of 2021, I was met with the pleasure of working with Serge to capture the moment of my proposal to my soon to be fiancé. Being from Miami, there weren't many photographers that were open to discussing the details of this planned moment via phone or email until I was connected with Serge. Immediately I was met with excitement and optimism when I described my proposal plan weeks in advance and miles away. Serge was nothing but professional and encouraging and even shared some photos of his past work which made me very comfortable and confident that he was the man for the job. Unbeknownst to me, the planned weekend of my proposal would take place right after the largest blizzard of the year with more snow to come. Days before the proposal Serge and I were discussing alternative plans in the event we would end up snowed in. That being said, I was reluctant to changing any plans and I was adamant on proposing at the Brooklyn bridge despite the limitations and Serge's fear that my soon to be fiancé would not want to venture outdoors. After assuring to him that this would not be an issue (we Floridians love snow) he was kind enough to suggest that we split the shoot in two. He offered to come out snow and would also come the following day for a photo shoot so we wouldn't be too cold or uncomfortable. The day of serge was aware of the plan and knew the value of effective communication. I shared my location with him and he with me as we went about the day and prepared for the big moment. Moments before the scheduled time Serge let me know everything was good to go and even advised me on the best route to get to where I needed to be. He captured everything from us walking up to the moment I dropped down on my knee. And he did so beautifully. The way he captured that moment was as timeless as our memory. After the proposals he continued walking with us and taking pictures of our joy and the surreal feeling of being engaged. We end the day with smiles and excitement for a short engagement shoot on the bridge the next day which was incredible. Beyond being an incredible photographer Serge is just a great person. He was very patient with us and super caring during the whole process making sure we were comfortable and getting what we wanted while making sure we weren't too cold. I hired Le Image to photo and videograph my wedding in Prospect Park in 2018. The deliverables I asked for were to document the event with photo and video, and to edit the video footage into a roughly 3-minute "trailer" style video that distilled the best highlights from the event into something that's easy to watch repeatedly and would bring back the best memories. Le Image did all that and more. Working with Stephanie and the two guys who came to do the photo and video was so easy and seamless. The finished photos and video trailer exceeded our expectations. They documented our wedding so beautifully, and I'm not sure what kind of lenses and equipment they used, but somehow they made us end up looking model-caliber in the photos and the video is a beautiful tearjerker. Additionally, when we circulated the finished products to our family, everyone remarked that the photographer and videographer were so discreet that no one even noticed the photos and video were being taken. Le Image provided the videography service for our daughter's wedding in Brooklyn on August 12, 2022. Originally, the wedding was to take place on January 1st but it had to be postponed due to Covid infection surge. We found Le Image fairly close to the January wedding date and we were rather apprehensive about not having had more time to research but we found a goldmine. The owner, Nikola, and his assistant, Josephine, were easy to work with and listened to what the couple wanted. When we had to cancel the January wedding, they were very accommodating and we were happy that they could provide the service on the rescheduled date, August 12th. The couple was initially reluctant to get a video because they both had bad experiences in other weddings with videographers. After the wedding, the couple both said that they were amazed with the professionalism and the unobtrusiveness of the videographer, Luka. We hardly noticed that he was there, yet he managed to capture all the important wedding events. Nikola did a fantastic job of editing over 3 hours of footage to a very nice, polished video of 1 hour. The couple, the parents, and everyone who has seen the video so far is extremely pleased.
