Having produced literally hundreds of events over the years and utilizing dozens of great…read morephotographers, I can confidently say that Caroline is the best of the best. For any event or need I have in NYC, Caroline is my go-to photographer. Exceptional work and even more important, exceptional to work with. In fact, I actually once changed an event date in order to secure her services - that's how good she is. Caroline is affable, approachable and a great communicator. She has a natural instinct to know which images are going to be important and is ahead of the curve in capturing them. She's equally fantastic with proactive questions and ideas. She will help you realize the exact vision you are seeking for your needs be it simply a new headshot to capturing all the angles of a massive event. Skimming through many of her 5 star reviews here, I am not surprised to see so many saying the same thing as me so, allow me to leave you with another tip that you may find helpful. Sometimes an event may have a budget restriction and cutting a professional photographer may be seen as a quick and easy place to start. Do not make this mistake. You can't get the images from your phone. The intern with a "nice camera" will miss the shot, the lighting, the moment. Trust me. You want a seasoned and accomplished professional. And you want a pro that is easy and fun to work with too. I return to Caroline's photos from years past ALL THE TIME because she helps me tell the story of the experience that has enable to me to grow my own business. I can't wait to work with Caroline again soon!

Make up artists 3. Outfits 4. Master of ceremony 5. DJ 6. Drivers. If you work with imperial they'll have connections to all aspects (yes including event spaces) and be able to link you with one of their associates if planning is too overwhelming. I really enjoyed working with this company. I applaud Lilly for her work with a brush and her ability to communicate in other English, Canto, and Mandarin. I applaud Mindy for her skill with a needle and her expert eye at knowing what size you'll need. I applaud Yuki for her standing up for you if other people are pressing you. If your family happens to want a Trad FJ style then I can't recommend Yuki enough. IFYKY. The wedding day itself is already stressful enough don't stress any more about the behind the scene work

While the makeup application itself was good, I did not feel prioritized as the bride. She was working on another client at the same time at the studio, someone taking photos at her studio, which caused delays and ultimately made me late for my own photoshoot. On such an important day, I expected to be the focus, and that was disappointing. She did not communicate in advance that she was double booked on that day. More recently, we confirmed a 3pm appointment for a wedding I was attending. However, a few days before, she called to say she would no longer be available at that time and could only do 12pm, without a clear explanation or apology. It left me scrambling to find an alternative. I dont mind if she needed to cancel, but suddenly she made it seems like I was inconveniencing her schedule. And to me, that was very unprofessional. Pricing and expectations are also not clearly communicated, and frequent mentions of tips felt unprofessional. Overall, while she has talent, reliability, transparency, and respect for a client's time are essential--especially for important events--and that was consistently lacking in my experience. For anyone looking for a more dependable experience, I ended up going with Dream Wedding on 150th, and they were professional, organized, and respectful of my time. And most of all the makeup looked polished and amazing!!! Ask for Sue :) Thanks Lily for canceling on me last minute because I was able to find Sue!!!
