They also don't treat me lesser just because I am female, which is a huge issue I've run into an other places as well. They got the work done very quickly here, and made sure it was done right. They also made sure I didn't over pay. Not only do they treat you right here, but it is kept clean and feels very friendly. It is very clear that they have a high standard at Ed Rinke Chevy, because they definitely don't give you anytime less than wonderful. Mike Bertucci was extremely helpful and assured me that the car was watched and he personally made sure either was done right. If you are anywhere close to this area, then go ahead and stop in. You won't be sorry!

After carefully reviewing the contract later, we noticed multiple financial discrepancies and charges that were not clearly explained to us at the time of signing. We tried contacting the dealership, filed complaints, and attempted to resolve the issue, but received no meaningful response or explanation. This experience caused us a great deal of stress and confusion. Please review every document and every number very carefully before signing anything with this dealership.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Stay from away from this dealership. I took my car in for a…read moresimple oil change and left with the check engine light on and no hope for repair. The manager talked to me like I was child and "gave me one chance to change my tone" or no help. He didn't appreciate my frustration at that lack of accountability and the new code lighting up on my dashboard. He Slammed my car door as hard as he could with me in it and tried making me leave without looking into the check engine light. I opened my door back up and he slammed it again. Police were called, statements were taken and in the end it's independently owned and there is no recourse for me by Toyota. They can damage or break your vehicle and if you get upset about it they can deny you and demand you leave and corporate supports this. They'll take a statement too but that's it. Additionally, He falsely claimed that I tried to hurt him with my car door that he stood in front while blocking me from exiting my car, standing over me with red face and screaming. That level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.

Additionally, the service team is out of this world. For five years, I have traveled from West Bloomfield, passing at least two other dealerships on my way, just for service from the Golling Toyota team. I often ask staff members how they like their jobs. It's important to me that I spend my money with companies that treat their employees fairly and well.
