Seen and liked a different Trailhawk they just got in with more options. The "used vehicle" manager lowballed me on my-trade in (compared to another local dealership), but said they would give me $1000 more on the trade if I purchased the "advertised" one because it has been on the lot longer & they wanted to get rid of it. I sold my truck private (for much more) then got ahold of a "New Vehicle" sales person (Ann) because I had a bad experience with the used car staff. I made a deal with her on the Trailhawk they just got in. Their Ad states "NO HIDDEN ADMIN OR EXTRA FEES" and "OUR USED PRICES INCLUDE ALL IN PRICING". I was charged a "DOC" fee of $349 on my bill and was told that was because I worked out a better price than the window "advertise price". So does this mean a customer is not supposed to work out a better price? Then charged $86 for "FUEL", the tank holds 60 Liters, at less than $1 a litre locally that does not ad up to $86. Then their currant promotion states "SPIN TO WIN ON ALL IN STOCK 2016 AND 2017 VEHICLES", NO where at all does it state that it has to be new! So I was told my 2016 did not apply to that promotion. But Ann did toss in a "Jeep" ball hat which was appreciated. Don't believe I will deal at Provincial Chrysler in Windsor again. Buyer Beware!

My Wife came in to do the paperwork on a Chief coloured Willys jeep after her shift at the hospital. It was sold out from under her before she got there. (Was later told it sold earlier that day. Did the salesperson call her or the dealership? NO) Then she was talked into ordering a yellow Willys because the colour she wanted was not available. She sent hours and did all the paperwork for that. Then we were told it would be a while. So we found the same unit At Niagara Jeep but our trusty sales rep assured her it was in the pipeline and not to pursue that unit. Then she got a call and was told by the same guy her order was cancelled. So at this point we are more than a little upset. Guess what the unit in Niagara is now of course gone. Then was told the unit was never cancelled and was still on the books. Does it sound like everyone is on the same page at this dealership?? Then spoke to management who said OH this happens from time to time. It does not happen at dealerships who value customers over sales. We cancelled our order and when to another dealership.

When we go there the lot was jam packed with cars, it was hard to figure out where to park so I just kind drove to the back and parked and figured I would deal with getting out when the time came. There wasn't any Jeep's on the lot so I asked a guy who seemed like he might work there and he said they were inside and asked if I spoke with Faris. He introduced us to Faris and we followed him through the office, into a couple of sketchy garage areas to the Jeep I came to look at. He took my license and made a copy and gave us the keys and off we went. Decided to make an offer, put a deposit down and he said he would take care of all the paperwork with Secretary of State. Returned the next day, paid the rest of, signed the paperwork and left with my new, used, Jeep. I can't say that I felt safe, but I also wasn't scared. Let's just say, had I been taken advantage of in some way, I wouldn't have been surprised, but I was also surprised at the professionalism of these guys. Faris wasn't in when we first arrived and we were offered water or coffee and an apology for Faris not being there. Faris laminated the paper plate and put it on the car for me and shook my hand and thanked me before I left. The whole thing was just weird. On my way home the check engine light came on. I can't say I was too happy about that, and it turns out it is an emissions sensor. Can't help but wonder if this wasn't something the cleared before the test drive, but whatever. I didn't buy a used car expecting not to have to do things to it. Faris did have, and gave to me, all the auto repair receipts from the previous owner. Wish I had asked about them before I put the deposit down, bad on me. Regardless, I love my Jeep and that is all that matters.

I drive like a grandpa. Also when I picked up the car, it had food crumbs on the seat, dusty, and exterior was dirty. You'd think they would at least detail a used car before selling it. As far as the service dept. I know people that work there, heard some great stories of sabotage. Wonder why they changed names and went bankrupt a few times.

The purchase process was easy and laid back, no real pressure to buy just offers to help and show me different vehicles. You have to be willing to commit to the sale or you won't get the vehicle, they have a number of locations, and everyone is competing for the vehicles. I found the dealership entirely honest. One of my vehicles required some additional service at the dealer to fulfil the contract and Strickland's stepped up and honored their commitment.
