Eduardo Morales at Morales Landscape Group was hired to aerate and seed my backyard in February…read more2024. In addition, Mr. Morales stated that he could also do handyman jobs around my home. As a result of this I hired him to paint my deck and repair & replace a few boards on the deck in June 2024. During the deck repair I started questioning the fact that grass never came up from his aerate and seed job. He stated that he would address it. After he was paid to paint and repair the deck, once the paint had dryed, I discovered, everything had not been done. Many of the boards that we had agreed upon had not been repaired or replaced. Also, he left all the deck furniture in the yard and never came back to finish his work. I reached out to him, but he "ghosted" me (would not return my calls or my texts), and I never heard from him again. Plus he never really addressed the problem with the grass. Beware of this vendor. I opted to not have auto billing, so each and every single time they were scheduled, I would get texts and calls on weekends, Sundays and after hours to approve schedules. It was ridiculous....never have I felt hassled to get service before. Its simple, you do the job, you immediately get paid. This company asks like they are afraid you wont pay them. Though I never ever delayed or missed a payment. And how do you cut down flowers and not correct it? This business is ran horribly! Very unprofessional! Super frustrating. And honestly, enough time had passed that we couldn't remember where the sprinkler lines were laid, etc. So basically the Dicava crew was coming in blind. In what seemed like just a matter of about 10 mins, they had zeroed in on the problem and got to work on repairing it. I wasn't blown away.
