When I say that this company, Quint and his team of incredibly professional, proficient AND efficient workers, are platinum standard with their work, I am NOT exaggerating! I have an exacting nature- he answered all of my many questions, provided insurance documentation, refused to upsell me on removals that were NOT necessary and did not charge a dime upfront. I had a huge dead redwood tree in my back yard and three giant water oaks in my front, with branches hanging over power lines, my roof and my neighbor's roofs. These people know what they're doing. He arrived on time and completed what I thought would take half a day, in half that time. And I'm going to take it here...as a woman, too many times I've had contractors attempt to fast talk and/or over charge, possibly with the thought that I didn't know any better. NOT Quint! He treated me with respect as the homeowner and did not inquire if I needed to consult with anyone else. In my opinion, he went above and beyond! I had so much anxiety about the hanging branches and dead tree in the back. A weight has been lifted, my pocket book is in tact AND I am writing this review (which is something I typically do not do). Quint and his team gave me peace of mind. Quint's Tree Service is the best company to go to for any tree needs that you have. I called them in reference to a tree that I was afraid to fall on my house. When Quint responded he came with amazing energy and he guaranteed me that he could get the job done in a timely manner and at a great price. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Quint was extremely professional and personable. When he arrived to quote the work the very first thing he did was show his credentials and insurance details, which immediately made me feel comfortable. Due to the recent storms, two trees fell onto our home. One fell over the back of our home and the other right over the garage.
