This company is so easy to work with. I called yesterday, and they came and picked up our stuff today. They also called (as promised) to give me a pickup window time to plan and arrived on schedule. The prices are worth every penny. If you're looking for a friendly and honest company to take care of getting rid of your junk these are the folks to call! read more

My experience with Royal Junk Removal was fantastic and I will recommend this company to all of my friends, family, clients, and especially fellow Realtors in Orange County and surrounding areas. During the entire process - from booking the appointment to the actual pick-up, I was impressed by the level of professionalism. The company's owner was very responsive over the phone, and even answered my call well into the evening hours on a weekend. Royal Junk Removal worked to accommodate my schedule and they were on time for the appointment. The pricing was the very competitive. I shopped around and I know that I got the best deal. On top of everything else I felt great knowing that this company goes the extra mile and actually recycles or donates the majority of what they pick up. It doesn't get better than this company when it come to junk removal. Give them a call and I know you'll be equally impressed! read more

I wish that yelp gave the option of 6+ stars because that's what Joel and his team deserve. I messaged him for a quote and less than 10 minutes later I got a reply. They are super affordable and extremely friendly. We had a fairly large tool shed in a our patio and they took it out with such ease. I also had another large item (desk) that I didn't include when he gave me the quote but he stuck to his estimate. An absolute gentleman. They are truly professionals. Go to them for fast, efficient, affordable and caring service!! read more

We were doing some tree cutting and needed the branches to the removed. So I found Royal Junk Removal and gave them a call. I left a message and Joel called back within minutes and he was very professional and informative with the questions I had, and provided good quotes. They were able to give me an estimate by asking me to text them a picture. Since we needed to remove the branches asap, they were able to come the next day, first thing in the morning, and came a bit earlier than scheduled but I didn't mind. Joel and his partner were professional, friendly, courteous, and fast, and even came with their own rake and broom to clean up the area! Definitely recommend their services. read more

I contacted several hauling companies before getting to Joel. Joel actually answered his phone and gave me an honest quote with out add on up charges... unlike his competitors. Joel was more than willing to coordinate a pick up/ Haul/ dispose of a large old sofa from my elderly aunts home in Tustin, I was driving in from San Francisco and had to coordinate with my Auntie who cant hear the phone or front doorbell ring... so I could to get inside. We had to cancel our first appointment time due to LA traffic and my very late arrival- but Joel was understanding and very nice about rescheduling. This took place over the 4th of July Holiday weekend when no one else was returning calls - even Home Advisors! He was super polite, punctual, flexible and even waited for me to get back from a quick emergency run to Home Depot! The price was very fair and his exceptional customer service/ people skills, move him to the Top of the List! My Auntie now has his business card for future needs and so do I! read more

Royal Junk Removal hauled every requested thing from our home including an unexpected breakdown of our old fridge. Joel and Hector were professional, courteous, and prompt. From the beginning of scheduling our appointment and calling back to accommodate an earlier pickup request, Joel (owner-operated) took our needs into account and gave us a reasonable quote along with his professional recommendation as to what truck size to book. He did not rush us despite it really being a full truck load plus instead of our initial 3/4 conservative estimate. They took apart a desk with an oversized hutch to fit through a bedroom door and even brought their own tools to use. They took care to remove and put back doors when items were too large to fit through the door frames. They even swept the garage and left my house and garage cleaner than it was before they began. I highly recommend Royal Junk Removal and would not hesitate to use them again. read more
