**A MUST TRY** Food was delicious!!! I love the flavors and the woman who took my order was kind enough to ask what type of spice level I wanted. Everything is made fresh, so I didn't mind the wait at all (which was not long) I will definitely be coming back.

First time at India's Oven in Tower and it was a great experience. The restaurant is very clean,…read morespacious, and perfect for large groups, plus they even have a private dining room. We ordered a variety of dishes (the best way to do Indian food): chicken biryani, lamb korma, chana masala, chili fish, and several flatbreads including garlic naan, rosemary naan, and bhatura. Everything was beautifully plated and full of flavor. The curries were rich and well-balanced with just the right amount of spice, and the flatbreads were fresh and flaky. Standouts were the rosemary naan for its aroma, the chili fish with a sweet-and-sour style sauce, and the chicken biryani rice, which was incredibly flavorful and better than standard white rice. Don't skip the mango lassi--it's like a mango smoothie and perfect after spicy food. We also tried gulab jamun for dessert, which was a great way to finish the meal. Great food, great service, and they also offer hookah. Definitely worth checking out.

The entire restaurant and bar were clean including trash cans wall decor, floors and the bar. Everything was stocked, labels facing forward in order ready for service. Our server at the bar was Melinda. Melinda greeted us and made excellent recommendations to our tastes. Order: Mojito with tequila blanco delicious, bright, a good pour and refreshing! Nimbu Drop: Grey goose vodka, fresh lemon, sweet n sour, house spice, a splash of sprite, and finished with house spiced rum. Timing of receiving order::: Melinda's service was fast and efficient. Will I return or recommend: ABSOLUTELY!! We REGRETTED NOT EATING IN HOUSE THE FOOD SMELLED FREAKING AMAZING!!!

Everyone was so welcoming from the get go. The best part about this restaurant was that they accommodate Jain restrictions and other allergies with almost everything on their menu. The owner himself is Jain and a very great host. Everyone came and checked on us and our time here was just amazing. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Their bread pakora reminded me of my childhood in Mumbai. Everything here is made to order and the taste was really fresh. Our entire order was Jain friendly but tasted exactly it would taste if it wasn't Jain. I definitely recommend gajar halwa and kulfi, the combo when I mixed it was really delicious. I can probably go on and on about the taste and service but even the restaurant was very clean especially for an Indian place and the ambiance was very nice too. I will definitely revisit the place whenever I'm in Fresno or passing by it.

Asked man with beard in blue turban "May I park in the shade close to pick-nick tables?" He responded "no" and signaled with his hands while sitting at pick nick tables for me to park close to gas pumps at nearby gas station. His reply "These are reserved for customers." So I parked as far away from pumps as I could in the shade, not to interfere with business. 2. My friend and I wanted to sit outside the restaurant to wait for Manni a truck driver who is meeting us, so I thought I would order something small to share with the 3 of us at "Punjabi Dhaba" we walked in together with my large lemonade and his large coke from Wendy's to order food. It took a min or so for me to scan the menu before my final answer. although I never had goat before I felt like ordering goat small $9.99 and mixed vegetable $8.99. He proceeded to request my phone number I figured he was going to text me when it was ready so I gave it to him. 1. High pressure sales: The employee or store clerk a senior looked like in his 60's kept asking if we want fresh orange juice when I kept saying "No thank you, were good". He said you want rice, I figured it went with the meal, "How many Naan? Garlic?" I replied "One." 2. He said "It will be ready in 10 min." We waited at the picnick tables outside than after a while decided to wait inside. Men, looking Indian or Punjabi speaking were served 1st. At last my food. He seemed to be upset I wanted to pay with my card instead of cash after I paid cash for my Chana. It came up to $30 and change. More than expected. I asked for support from Manni when he arrived who was raised Seikh. 3. 8/5/25 Walked right in to counter to get a business card for review and did. Mr. Saini? Asked in English you order? I said "no" back turned walked to car. 1. Given these facts and based on my personal experience of being catered to last significantly after everyone who was after me when I was 1st and it being communicated it would only take ten min, being treated with disrespect sexism, and racism of those employed by this Punjabi establishment, instead of respect, dignity and curtousy. I do not recommend this business and hope for change expediently. 8. I hope for an verbal and fiscal apology which includes being served based on our place in line and in a timely manner. Not being pressured or expected to purchase more than I or anyone asked for. Not being asked to disclose my personal contact info unnecessarily that was strange= change immediately no blatant acts of prejudice.

The standout for us was definitely the chole bhature--perfectly spiced, rich, and paired with soft, fluffy bhature that just melted in your mouth. The nutri kulcha was another highlight, packed with flavor and cooked just right. To top it off, the masala soda was refreshingly tangy and a great complement to the meal. And don't miss the fish pakore--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor. Overall, Chatore delivers a fantastic dining experience with truly delicious food. First time I've ever ran to Yelp to review!…read more First point and most important... WHY is everyone talking about the prices? Not only is this on par for Indian food. It's a lot more affordable than other restaurants. $5 for three Samosas? That's a killer appetizer for cheap! And they're good--some places put way too much seasoning on the outside. The menu: A lot more variety, and compared to other Indian restaurants the menu is easy to navigate and very Anglicized for newcomers to Indian food. The food: I accidentally ordered the wrong sandwich(I had seen the tikka roll on Yelps ig) and I got the tandoori sandwich but I am not complaining that was amazing and I didn't even know it came with fries. Butter chicken was medium and it was perfectly creamy, slightly spicy, soooo much sauce which is perfect because I dipped my sandwich AND samosas in there. I am so stuffed and I have food left for days(which is great bc if I love anything more than Indians food it's cold Indian leftover straight from the fridge) The service was great, young girl at the front was so sweet and helpful when I said it was my first time. Worth spending my money here at a family owned restaurant that serves up awesome food in a clean and open space--a must try!
