I appreciate good workmanship, and they delivered that. But transparent pricing matters, and the front office fell short. If you choose this company, make sure every fee is clearly broken out so there are no surprises after the work is done.

When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work.
