When we called RRG they were very nice to speak to you on the phone and quickly scheduled our work. They followed up the morning of our service call to make sure we were still OK with the time and told us that Josh would be doing the repair work. Josh called prior to getting into our home and said he was running about 30 minutes late, which to me is huge because nowadays most people won't even bother calling you. Josh arrived and I showed him what had to be done and he was quick to get to work. At 3, they were unloading their equipment and a crew of 3 was finished by 5:30 with cleaning my gutters AND INSTALLING GUTTER PROTECTION SCREENS so they don't get filled with pinestraw again. All of this was for an agreed upon price that was half the estimate I got from some slick phone salesman a couple of years ago.
